For 4 people: 1 bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) and 1 sofa bed in the living room. As we live on the property, we will be happy to provide you with some tips and recommendations. We offer a self-contained, single-storey cottage of nearly 90 m², with a high level of comfort, a jacuzzi and a magnificent view of the Champsaur valley. The cottage has 2 bedrooms of 15m², a large, fully equipped living room/kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games and parking spaces.

Un séjour comprenant un grand canapé convertible (lit 140x200 + surmatelas disponible) et une cuisine attenante entièrement équipée : lave-vaisselle, plaques, frigo, four, cafetière... Ideal for recharging your batteries, the cottage is located in a Provencal farmhouse in the heart of nature. You will be amazed by the 380° view of the Orpierre mountains. You can visit the farm, the vegetable garden and buy tasty vegetables! This atypical accommodation is suitable for nature lovers.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
