The accommodation (47 m²), with a small outdoor area, is located in a new house in a quiet neighbourhood, with a view of the mountains, in the heart of the Champsaur. For 4 people: 1 bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) and 1 sofa bed in the living room. As we live on the property, we will be happy to provide you with some tips and recommendations. Au calme côté Nord avec vue panoramique sur montagnes. 2e et dernier étage avec ascenseur. 2 chambres : adulte avec lit double (160x200), enfants avec lits superposés + un lit simple. Un séjour comprenant un grand canapé convertible (lit 140x200 + surmatelas disponible) et une cuisine attenante entièrement équipée : lave-vaisselle, plaques, frigo, four, cafetière... Service de conciergerie possible.

Ski resorts nearby (Ancelle 5 minutes, Saint Léger 10 minutes, Orcières-Merlette 30 minutes). Large furnished and flowered terrace to take full advantage of the 300 days of sunshine per year that make this pretty corner of France famous.

Pour votre séjour à la montagne, un studio fonctionnel au rez de chaussé de notre maison, pouvant accueillir un couple ou petite famille, c'est un lieu calme et ensoleillé, propice à la détente. Idéalement situé pour départs en randonnées ou stations de ski, baignade, marchés de producteurs, Golf Gap-Bayard à 10min, vélo, etc. (Gap : 20min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur : 7min) Attention, nous ne fournissons pas les draps de lit et serviettes de bain.

50 m2 apartment on the ground floor of a village house. Jarjayes is 10 minutes from Gap, 15 minutes from Tallard and its airfield. The quiet and peaceful village, perched at more than 900 m altitude is a great starting point for hikers and mountain bikers. Cyclists will be the most satisfied, as many passes are accessible (Sentinelle, Tourrond, Moissière, Lebrault...). Local producers offer a summer market on Tuesday evenings.

Sheep, Cats, chickens will be your closest neighbors, in a new 100 m2 apartment built in the old barn of the farmhouse.

This healing space is quietly located in the Parc des Écrins with a magnificent unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains from the bay window and terrace. We have preserved the charm of the old framework. The central beam is to be stepped over to move from the day space to the night space.

The studio of 18 m2 is in the center of the village of Pont du Fossé, on the second floor without elevator, facing south with a terrace of 4 m2 sheltered from bad weather, overlooking the Drac, the market square and the ice rink in winter. Parking space at the back of the residence.

Our cottage is located in Rambaud, a small village located 5 minutes from Gap and its shops, 30 minutes from Lake Serre Ponçon and the first ski resorts. This all-wood chalet is located at the exit of the village in absolute calm and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
