Vacation home in the heart of the mountains

The accommodation (47 m²), with a small outdoor area, is located in a new house in a quiet neighbourhood, with a view of the mountains, in the heart of the Champsaur. For 4 people: 1 bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) and 1 sofa bed in the living room. As we live on the property, we will be happy to provide you with some tips and recommendations. Key points: Sheets and towels provided / Parking / Dolce Gusto coffee machine / BBQ and firewood provided / Free Wi-Fi / Cleaning to be done at the end of the stay

GITE DU VILLARD, built in an old barn

This single-storey cottage, new and unique, has been built using high-quality materials: brushed larch, limewash, iron and wood. With a glass-walled opening onto the mountains and no overlooking neighbours, unwind in this QUIET and ELEGANT accommodation in the unspoilt, wild VALGAUDEMAR valley in the HAUTES-ALPES. Hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing… there are plenty of activities away from the big tourist resorts, but so close to nature and its inhabitants. SITE SURROUNDED BY NATURE.

Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

Apartment with SPA and garden "Les Grands Prés"

Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family ski resort of Laye and very close to the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer an independent cottage of nearly 90 m2, great comfort with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur Valley. The cottage includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m², a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant and south-facing exterior with a shaded terrace, a green space, games for children and parking spaces.

Studio for 2 to 4 people

Pour votre séjour à la montagne, un studio fonctionnel au rez de chaussé de notre maison, pouvant accueillir un couple ou petite famille, c'est un lieu calme et ensoleillé, propice à la détente. Idéalement situé pour départs en randonnées ou stations de ski, baignade, marchés de producteurs, Golf Gap-Bayard à 10min, vélo, etc. (Gap : 20min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur : 7min) Attention, nous ne fournissons pas les draps de lit et serviettes de bain.

Charming studio and terrace in hilltop village

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Le Balcon du Champsaur: the Autane gîte

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Ideally located in the Parc des Écrins, quiet and surrounded by nature. YAPLUKA enjoy the spring water, the azure sky and your private jacuzzi available all year round (€40 for a 1.5-hour session for 2 to be booked on site). In a 6000 m2 park surrounded by mountains and close to hiking trails and four ski resorts in winter.

If you want to escape for a few days, enjoy the joys of the mountains! (hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, skiing...) In the heart of the Champsaur Valley, the ideal base for all your activities. Sheep, Cats, chickens will be your closest neighbors, in a new 100 m2 apartment built in the old barn of the farmhouse.

Mountain chalet

I rent the upper part of my chalet (car and eco-construction) with the outdoor space in front, located in a subdivision of a dozen houses at the bottom of the village. One bedroom (140 cm bed) on the ground floor and another (140 cm bed too) upstairs. The equipment is simple, without microwave or dishwasher.
