For 4 people: 1 bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) and 1 sofa bed in the living room. As we live on the property, we will be happy to provide you with some tips and recommendations. Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family ski resort of Laye, close to the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer a self-contained, single-storey cottage of nearly 90 m², with a high level of comfort, a jacuzzi and a magnificent view of the Champsaur valley. The cottage has 2 bedrooms of 15m², a large, fully equipped living room/kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games and parking spaces.

Idéalement situé pour départs en randonnées ou stations de ski, baignade, marchés de producteurs, Golf Gap-Bayard à 10min, vélo, etc. (Gap : 20min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur : 7min) Attention, nous ne fournissons pas les draps de lit et serviettes de bain.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

This healing space is quietly located in the Parc des Écrins with a magnificent unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains from the bay window and terrace. We have preserved the charm of the old framework. The central beam is to be stepped over to move from the day space to the night space.
