In the heart of the picturesque Maggia Valley, in the village of Broglio, lies our spacious 2-room apartment on the ground floor of a historic building dating back to the mid-19th century. Fully renovated, it combines the charm of the past with modern comfort. The apartment overlooks a lovely garden – the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature. The location is ideal for lovers of rivers, mountain hikes, and the peaceful atmosphere of the valley.

The apartment is in a house of the 1800s that over the years has been renovated. It is a typical accommodation, equipped with a wood stove, the floors as the ceilings are made of wood. To access the bathroom there is a staircase. Separate entrance, garden with BBQ and pergola for grilling, the laundry room is shared with the other two apartments. There are public transport stops a minute's walk away. Pets are welcome, please notify your furry friend when booking.

Rustic "Valle Maggia" above Brontallo / Menzonio

Small mountain cottage above Menzonio, reachable by car via the mountain road. Quiet and isolated place. From the parking lot to the house 150 meters on foot. The house offers a living area with kitchen, oven, fridge, fireplace, stove, TV for DVD, radio and CD and a sleeping area with a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, drying rack, and an attic with two beds, for children and boys. The house is stocked with books, comics, board games, films for rainy days.

Historisches Steinhaus Cà Lüina

In the middle of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley, lies the Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico. The three-hundred-year-old house was extensively restored in 2021-2024 with the aim of preserving its character. A lot of emphasis has been placed on the use of natural materials when renovating with local craftsmen. The house is very high quality equipped with a modern kitchen and a modern bathroom and has a great garden.

Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake. Our caravan is located 1200 meters above sea level with a fantastic view of the entire valley and surrounding mountains. The caravan is located on a private road used only by us. There are a number of hiking opportunities around the village. The caravan is simply furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is located outside the caravan ca. 100 m away in a building. Piano di Campo can be reached by bus.
