Absolutely perfect Swiss chalet tucked away on the edge of the village. Stunning view of the 3 mountains, and well placed for various local walks as well as excursions further afield. Liza looked after us extremely well, always on hand for any problems (there were none!) or to help with any queries, and always with such good humour. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

The host Andrea was really very nice and always helpful. He was quick to respond to messages. I can really only recommend it. Varenna is very easy to reach by bus/shuttle bus. It was as described in the photos :)

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Sonia's Airbnb is breathtaking. The view of Lake Como is even more beautiful than the photos in the listing. Sonia is a wonderful host - she provides recommendations, answered all of my questions and always made sure that we had everything we needed. I wished we had explored the lake with her on her sailboat so if you get the opportunity I would book it! The only thing I would advise future renters is that the road to Sonia's Airbnb in Brunate is VERY, VERY narrow and winds around and around. It is very easy to get lost and go down the wrong street. If you're renting car, try to get the smallest car possible - it will help you to maneuver the narrows roads. There is a funicular stop close to the house so you could walk there and take it to Como or to the top of Brunate. It is much easier to get off at the top of Brunate and walk downhill to the house. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway.

The home was very welcoming, clean, and beautifully rustic. The house is in a quiet location with a lovely view of the lake, and the directions we were given allowed to get there with no problem. Also, we were greeted by fresh eggs, juice, sweets, sparkling wine and other gifts at the place, which is very nice and commendable. Any recommendations for this place if you want a quiet and enjoyable vacation, we felt right at home.

Our days in Ludiano were wonderful and very relaxing. The rustic cottage is lovingly furnished and very cosy. Rarely, however, do you find such a modern and cosy bathroom in such an old building. We enjoyed the beautiful garden with a view of the valley at any time of day. Our dog also felt very comfortable and found 🐕 a very friendly colleague in Yuri. But the best thing, in addition to all the beautiful bike tours and hikes, was the nice contact with Sandro, a very warm and likeable host. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

Simona’s place was very comfortable and cosy it has everything you need and it is a very quiet and peaceful place with a beautiful garden and a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

Wonderful location of the apartment with a view of Lake Maggiore and the forests, extremely pleasant and relaxing; simply "let your mind wander". Very nice co-host Mario; explained everything well (Italian/English). Small suggestion for improvement: The single beds (80 cm) could be a little wider. Exemplary waste separation system! The boxes are ready in the kitchen. We felt very comfortable and recovered well! Tanzi grazie🙏.

4 nights didn’t feel enough and we left with such a heavy heart. Laura’s place is breathtaking and pictures don’t do it any justice. We were so sad to leave the tranquil and peaceful villa. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this and look forward to going back.

Incredible apartment, well equipped, very attentive host, short walk to the bakery and bus stop, beautiful balcony where we spent every evening, I would recommend this place to everyone!

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had accommodation with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to fully enjoy the environment. The room was very good, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a cot... even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of little touches that make all the difference: on arrival, fresh fruit, yogurt, beer... And for those who like their peace and quiet, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, it would really be the icing on the cake. But otherwise, everything was great, a real little corner of paradise

It’s something you truly have to see to appreciate. The apartment itself carries a charming, historical vibe—perfect for those who appreciate classic design over ultra-modern aesthetics. It's well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a true home away from home. But the absolute highlight of the stay was the breathtaking view of Lake Como—an unbeatable panorama that alone is worth the trip. If you're looking for a place that offers tranquility, character, and unmatched views of Lake Como. Highly recommended!

Moreno warmly welcomed us and directly explained everything in the apartment and gave us tips for the area. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Between the apartment and the lake runs the "main street" which is a bit noisy, but you quickly get used to it. Supermarkets can be reached in 10 minutes by car, as well as small towns with beach promenades. You are very dependent on the car, but that did not necessarily bother us. Unfortunately, the WiFi is unreliable, it often fails, but that didn't necessarily bother us. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed our time in Moreno's apartment.

We were very warmly welcomed by Silvia. The check-in went very smoothly. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed spending time there. Silvia gave us great tips for the area. The absolute highlight is the balcony and the pool. We will be happy to come back!

Christian was a superb host! He arranged a taxi from the train station to and from and welcomed us to the area. The view was AMAZING! We loved our stay there and would definitely go back.

We’ve had a fantastic stay at this apartment!. The view was phenomenal!!!. The apartment itself was perfect for our group, plenty of space and 3 balconies where we could admire the views of the lake. The apartment is in such a perfect position and location. It is definitely THE BEST view of the lake. We did have a car and found this useful but it’s only a 20-25 min walk (uphill) and in my opinion it wasn’t too bad. Varenna was lovely, the scenery absolutely stunning and it’s been an amazing trip!. The hosts were great and had great communication. Thanks again for a great stay! We would recommend!

It was a very nice stay. We liked the location, the view of the lake and the beautiful pool very much. Only the parking spaces are a bit too small. Many thanks to Alberto, who is an excellent host.

Perfect place for our group of 2 couples. One bedroom large and the other small but had a bathroom each. Air conditioning was welcome as it was warmer than we were expecting. Very small, one person kitchen that had everything we needed. Amazing dining room in the tower and very special balcony where we had dinner each evening. A bonus for an airbnb was the included buffet breakfast in the hotel.

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes' drive from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

We made a stop here in transit. Elena and her family are very likeable, friendly hosts. The property is very tastefully decorated. An extraordinary highlight is the piano in the apartment. The surrounding park and the view of Lake Maggiore are phenomenally beautiful! We'd love to come back, hopefully with more time next time!

We had the most incredible stay at Villa Nila in Torno, Lake Como – it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, who was not only kind and gracious but went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Whether it was offering local recommendations, helping with transportation, or just checking in to ensure we were comfortable, their hospitality was heartfelt and exceptional. The villa itself is breathtaking – elegantly designed, immaculately clean, and positioned with the most stunning views of Lake Como. Waking up to the peaceful sound of the lake and enjoying breakfast on the terrace was like a dream. Every room was thoughtfully appointed with luxury touches, and the overall atmosphere was serene and private. We can’t recommend Villa Nila highly enough – it was one of the highlights of our trip, and we are already dreaming about coming back. Thank you again to our wonderful host, Nicola!
