We stayed in this lovely apartment near the port in Chios with four girl friends. We were very happy with the place—it was quite spacious and had all kinds of equipment. All the essentials like coffee, detergent, shampoo, and toilet paper were provided. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean, and you could always see the sea from the balcony. It was also very centrally located, making it easy to walk everywhere. Additionally, the host was always quick to communicate with us. We definitely recommend this apartment to everyone..

The space was nice with a large bedroom and large balcony facing the sea. At first it was difficult to find the driveway not realizing it was off the main road. Parking on property was very convenient but would be easier if there were assigned spots. Would stay there again.

Stefanos took great care of us from the moment we arrived here, and my wife and daughter had problems at customs, Stefanos helped us, I would like to thank him very much, we had a very nice holiday thanks to him, the house was magnificent, the view, the interior of the house, everything was perfect, if we come to Chios again, we will prefer Stefanos' apartment, he is a very friendly, caring, warm person, we thank him again.

Avra is an excellent host. The moment we entered, her welcoming smile and help in everything really made us feel at home. There was everything you needed in the kitchen, except for a coffee pot. If we had told them, they would have definitely provided it. We didn't want to bother them. The room is spacious enough for 3 people. There's nothing to say about the location, you're 10 steps from the balcony to the sea. The sea is quite shallow. There are markets and restaurants within walking distance. Above all, Avra is very sweet, as I said. We'll be back next year for longer. Wait for us, Avra. We love you.

Everything was very nice. A clean house, a perfect location. The most beautiful beach was 20 steps away. It was a relaxing holiday where we went everywhere on foot, which we enjoyed immensely, and we never took the car out. If we come to Foça again, we will definitely stay at Miniq Home's houses.

We stayed at Ferdi's place for a week and had a super nice time. Various beaches, restaurants and convenience stores can be reached quickly. With the Dolmus, other places (such as Alacati, Cesme city) are also easily accessible. Glad to come back!

In addition to being a house decorated with nice and quality materials, there was none in the house. There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches. This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

We were greeted by Mrs. Rena without any problem even though we were late to arrive. The property is in a quiet location and has a beautiful view to the sea. It fully responds to the photos and has all the basics one needs in a room for a short vacation. We were satisfied and recommend it!
