In the heart of Çeşme, despite its location next to taverns, restaurants, nightlife, the beach and all the attractions, we dreamed of a place where you can escape and feel at home whenever you want. Although it is a completely newly built building, we were able to capture this feeling by recycling and revising the family heirloom "vintage" furniture. Hotels didn't feel intimate to us either. We wish you to come and feel like an Aegean person and have a local experience.

It's suitable for winter. There is no heating problem. It is a cool and pleasant house in the summer where you can have a barbecue. It is within walking distance to the markets. The distance to the sea is 700 m. It is 8-9 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by car. There is also a playground by the sea for children. You can take your sunbeds and enjoy under the trees :)) Alacati is 10-12 minutes away by car. You can also reach Ilıca beach in 10 minutes by car.

Our home is located in the heart of Alaçatı’s nightlife. Due to its close proximity to entertainment venues, music can be heard during the night. It’s an ideal location for guests who enjoy a lively atmosphere; however, it may not be suitable for those seeking a quiet environment.
