The location of the house is brilliant. We really enjoyed it. The sunrise is breathtakingly beautiful. A short walk and you are in the small simple village. We loved it. The terrace is a dream and you just go out of the garden gate and into the sea. Wonderful. From my point of view, the house is more suitable for a couple and not for several people. Simple but wonderful. We can really recommend this beautiful place 100 percent. The communication with the travel agency team was also great, although that was not necessary at all, there were no problems. Really gorgeous. We loved it!

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

Mrs. Ayşe's house is a great place for those who want peace and quiet. The house was exactly as shown in the images. The house was clean and there was equipment to meet all your needs. We provided accommodation as my mother, brother and dog. The house is built on a very large plot of land. There were 2-3 dogs in the garden, but they did not approach the house and people. I chose a place with a garden especially for my dog. We did not have any problems. There are markets such as Migros, Şok, A101 10 minutes away from the house, and a small grocery store 5 minutes away. We did not have any problems in that regard. We preferred Cleopatra Bay, Delikli Bay, Çark Beach as beaches. They are 15-20 minutes away from the house, and Alaçatı Bazaar is 17 minutes away. We provided easy transportation. When we went, there was a water problem, but it was not reflected to us. They always drew water for the house, thankfully. The house was very good, it was enough for us, there were small deficiencies such as dishwashing, etc., but they are not problems. We were very pleased.

It was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed in. The house was really clean, the furniture was brand new and tastefully furnished. Every corner was enjoyable, including the pool, garden, and barbecue area. Its location was very close to both Alaçatı and the beaches, which was a great advantage. But what made this experience so special was Mr Evren's interest and kindness. He took care of every detail and made us feel at home. It's really lucky to come across hosts like this. We would prefer it again with our eyes closed, and we sincerely recommend it to everyone.

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. Such a nice house! Perfect for large families and groups of friends. Everything you need is available. It's nice to have a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There is a very large living room and kitchen. We had our family dinner at the big table in the garden and enjoyed the pool. The sea is a 4-5 minute walk away. The host is definitely very attentive. Thank you for everything!

One of the best houses you will experience on airbnb. A location in the middle of all the important beaches in the best neighborhood of Çeşme. The house is better than it looks in the photos and has all the facilities. If you are going to Çeşme and looking for a place to stay in, you can stay without hesitation.

Ms. Şehriban was a really good host, she answered our questions immediately, made it easy for us to enter and exit the house, the amenities of the house were as seen in the pictures. It met our expectations. We had a wonderful holiday, this is one of the places we ☺️would choose again. We thank them again. 🙏

The location is great, 10 minutes away from everywhere, the interior of the house was clean and the host was very caring, we had no problems, I definitely recommend it

This holiday we went as a family was definitely a good experience. It has a clean, stylish, peaceful, calm atmosphere. Details such as bedding sets and kitchen sets were clean. The pool and garden were very well-maintained. It made us feel comfortable, it brought the details we were looking for to life. Mr. Yakup's communication was very pleasant and professional. I only have two small suggestions: First, one of the double beds was a little worn and creaked quite a bit. This affected the comfort of the accommodation. Renewing it will increase the value given to the house. Secondly, it would be nice to have a few small but much-needed details in the kitchen, such as a few packets of tea, coffee, and a small salt shaker. Such subtle touches can make the stay feel more special and complete. Overall, we were very happy, thank you.
