It is suitable for families and groups of multiple people due to the equipment and furnishings the house has. There are two balconies, upper and lower, and a large backyard. There is no parking problem. The closest beach is 10 minutes away, the Ildir-Çeşme minibus stop is 1 minute, and two supermarkets are about 3-5 minutes on foot. 10 minutes to Ilıca-Alaçatı, 12 minutes to Ildir by car.
