This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

We stayed for 3 nights with our two children at Stefano's and we liked it very much! The location was very, very quiet and you could get to the subway very quickly on foot, where we could reach all sights easily The Vatican was within walking distance. The small balcony was really wonderful for sitting outside, where we could enjoy our Prosecco, which was already chilled for us by the host. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We felt completely comfortable! We would come back anytime!

House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect accommodation for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (fully fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with plenty of dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he resolved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

Marianna's apartment is easily accessible and convenient to get to the city center on foot. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay.

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

Gabriel was a very good host. Despite our problem, when our key was stolen, he helped us very quickly. We are very grateful to him for that. The kitchen was well equipped and we were pleasantly surprised with basic foods: sugar, salt, vinegar, olive oil, coffee.

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Maurizio is a really rare person nowadays, welcoming, kind and very available for every need. She welcomed me into the apartment with a very welcome local gift. Thank you. Residence complete with everything you need and located in a great location for: sea , walks in the center and around on foot or by bicycle. I'll definitely be back. Hi Maurizio, thank you again.

excellent apartment, matches the photos and description, clean, really equipped with everything, washing machine, dishwasher, towel changes, air conditioning in both rooms. super-equipped kitchen from oil to condiments, coffee machine and pods, aluminum foil containers, baking paper, trays, toaster, really great attention. has mosquito nets The laundry room/washing machine I found everything I needed for cleaning, new broom, new sponges, detergent for washing machine, softener... really great attention. Nothing was missing! Great location near the beach and the main street. super active host, always very helpful, and decisive. bikes available Really great staff! I accidentally got locked out with the keys inside the apartment, and within 5 minutes they solved the problem. Unobtrusive and really very professional. A positive note also to the Lido delle Sirene!

Beatrice is a very friendly and helpful host. The area and the location of the apartment is great. Beach is within walking distance and restaurants are around the corner. We had a great time and it is definitely recommended. We would definitely come back here.

I was there for 11 days, the reception was very friendly, language barriers could be overcome with Google Translate, Daniela is very friendly and personable and also gave me tips on excursions in the area. The house is very quiet very close to the beach which fortunately was not yet crowded in April:). The house is equipped with everything you (I) needed, nothing was missing, especially I liked the bed, it has a very good mattress on which I could sleep very well:). I was also lucky with the weather and did a lot and it is true for me a very nice, great and relaxing holiday. Sights and shopping are easily accessible, I have been very satisfied with everything and I lacked nothing, my small Dog and I were very happy here.

Roberta has always been available, kind and responsive in communications. He gave us extreme flexibility for check-in and out (it was a low season period of the year, but it is never taken for granted and we appreciated it very much). Shortly before arrival, he gave us instructions to leave our car in the courtyard of the house, which was very useful because everything in the area is paid. The house is spacious, impeccably clean, equipped with everything that is listed. Nothing was missing. The location is really strategic, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Final note, we had cancellations from fellow travellers at the last minute, and Roberta promptly removed the extra beds, which she had already prepared, to give us more space in the living room, and also accepted the refund offered through Airbnb! Flawless experience :)

Sweet, easy amd nice place

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our host, was totally warm and made us feel immediately welcome with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us with everything – both are just wonderful people. And best of all, Antonella is a fantastic chef! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – such a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommend!

I can highly recommend this studio if you are staying some days in Cesena. It is very central and it is nice and everything is there in the flat for you to feel at home. The host is very helpful and responds immediately.

Sara's apartment is large and comfortable and having two bathrooms available is fantastic. Sara was very kind and helpful, we had a great time. She also left us a cake she made (very good), a thought that we really appreciated. Highly recommended!
