Accommodation in a pedestrian area, however, thanks to the directions of the host Elisa, we unloaded our luggage right behind the house and luckily there was a free parking space where I left the car for the entire stay but otherwise there is a large parking lot not far away. The apartment is practically on the beach, just across the road and it is immediately by the lifeguard (Mario baths) here we also had a great time. So for me, a more than positive experience. Thank you Elisa!

The photos speak for themselves. The apartment has sensational views over Rimini and the Adriatic coast. Verucchio is a very attractive place for tourists and road cyclists. The apartment is pleasantly spacious, we felt very comfortable in it and enjoyed the view. All in all a good experience, only equipment with dishes etc. could be a little better, but we got along.

This fantastic apartment made our stay in Cervia an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by incredible restaurants just steps from the front door, and there’s even a charming gelato shop right downstairs. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, with a large common area that’s perfect for meals and relaxing together. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with every bedroom offering direct access to the beautiful patio. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Enrica was a kind and helpful host, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Nice modern apartment with comfortable beds; lovely beach views. We needed to make some use of the air conditioning as the weather was so hot during our stay.

House in the centre of Riccione, a few steps from the sea. All the comforts that you usually don't expect in a holiday home are present. Really a lot of attention to detail and a strategic location. Super responsive host and ready to respond on every communication channel. We will return

My amazing choice in Rimini!!! Fantastic cute cozy apartment near the sea!!! Very modern, nice decoration, very clean!!! Big window with the view to the park:) I feel that owners love this house:)) everything near shops, restaurants, from train station around 15 min walking:)) I want come back!!! Only one thing what I really missed is mirror:( in the bathroom is very small:(

The flat is small but adequate for a couple. We found it exactly as it is described. The single air conditioning unit kept the flat cool in the warm evenings. The quiet and secure location is perfect from which to explore the wonderful historical sites of Ravenna. There are numerous coffee shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the flat. Valentina always responded speedily to any questions that we had and made many great suggestions about food shops, restaurants and local sites. We enjoyed our 4 night stay very much.

I can only recommend Jacopo's accommodation! A few steps from the beach, there are great restaurants, a supermarket and a quiet environment. Jacopo gave us wonderful tips and hints and was always available. The kitchen is well equipped and is also suitable if you want to cook yourself. The only criticism would be the beds for me, the mattresses are unfortunately very hard and we did not sleep well. Otherwise, we felt at home here and would come back anytime!

To be extremely brief, we had a great time. The apartment is really delicious: cozy, clean, tastefully furnished, equipped with everything, equipped with a very comfortable parking space and outdoor space that opens to a spectacular view; in addition, the village of Gabicce Monte is an authentic pearl, it offers the possibility of relaxing walks with the feeling of being suspended on the expanse of the sea. An additional peculiarity: The apartment is adjacent to the village church, they were once probably communicating, which makes the context even more evocative. I'm already nostalgic!

Definitely the best 💓 Laura and Roberto were very kind, always available for any questions, the accommodation is clean, tidy, there is EVERYTHING to feel at home🥰 and also super convenient to have two separate bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with all the dishes, pots, and appliances! The apartment is also nice and cool, there is always the shade of the trees that surround it. It seems to me that I can't stop writing about the endless benefits I find in that accommodation. It's clear that the owners have done everything with logic, they have put their soul into it😍. We will definitely come back again.♥️

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Elena and Antonio’s beautiful apartment. Their place was so quiet and peaceful yet it was just a short walk to many great attractions, restaurants and bars. The apartment is tastefully presented and it was so relaxing to be there. Elena greeted us on arrival and gave us many great recommendations for the area. Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Perfect location, great for being very close to the sea but tall as a floor to not feel the cain of the street. I'll definitely be toned.

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!

It was a very pleasant stay. The jacuzzi in the garden is a welcome cuddle. Being the eighth month of pregnancy, not every day we went to the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Being in the middle of nature was relaxing. The room is comfortable, with everything you need. We'll be back again. Lorena has always responded quickly and has always been kind.

Absolutely recommended – perfect holiday! Had a great time staying at this place! The apartment was very clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished – you can immediately tell that someone really makes an effort here. Everything worked smoothly, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning and kitchen. Particularly positive: very quiet location, but still everything quickly accessible. The host was friendly, helpful and reliable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I can recommend this apartment without restriction – it clearly deserves 5 stars!
