You can't compete with the location of this apartment. In the middle of everything, within walking distance, 20 restaurants in less than 200m. Unbeatable. Obviously, this means that reaching it by car is complicated, because it is in the middle of the pedestrian area, the nearest parking lot is 50m away. The apartment is well cared for, very clean, the living area is spacious even if not very bright, the rooms and mattresses are comfortable, the terrace is spectacular - small, private, really a gem!! Fast internet, air conditioning everywhere, and the value for money left us very happy with the choice of Debora's apartment. Highly recommended.

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are travelling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometres away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

Communication with Giulia was always warm. The check-in and check-out, which her mother took care of, was also straightforward. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description in the advertisement – clean, well-equipped and cozy. We were particularly pleased with the welcome bread and the little things provided, such as coffee, drinking water and milk. A free, locked car park was also available. The location is easily accessible and is relatively central between the old town of San Marino and the state border - both are within walking distance, although not directly around the corner.

My girlfriend and I stayed there for two nights, unfortunately we went back to work right away. But it is a really comfortable accommodation both for the location in the centre, for the cleanliness and for the friendliness of Patrick. Everything is very nice

Everything is perfect - from check-in to the location and cleanliness of the property. A great structure surrounded by greenery, just 10 minutes from the sea. Really nice located apartment!

We had such a great stay at this lovely home! We were only there for two nights, but everything was cozy, clean, and super comfortable. When we had a little trouble figuring out how to unlock the door, the hosts were quick to help us out — they were so kind and patient. To top it off, they even left us some snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel. We really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

Valentina's place is very spacious, ideal for a family on holiday. She's very helpful and the location is well positions for many small little villages to discover.

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

Lovely, warm apartment with great views- at the front over to Rimini and the Adriatic and a side view of the castles above at San Marino City which looked particularly good at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Chiara sent photos to help us locate the apartment and the parking space which was very helpful although it still took us a few minutes to find it! The apartment had everything we needed. Due to the thick walls, the wi-fi signal was only really good in the living room but that was fine for us. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola taking you up to the city.

Santina and Piero were very kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The house is as described and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Recommended for relaxing and enjoying the nature of the surroundings.

Giovanna's place for me was a small escape from everyday life, surrounded by greenery in a quiet area from which you can then reach the sea, the pine forest, the Butterfly House and much more! She and her dad were very kind, every time I wrote a message, Giovanna was ready to respond! I knew the kitchen was missing and so it wasn't a problem, there was a small pantry, a nice room and a bright bathroom! Recommended!

Excellent experience. Very clean and tidy apartment. Nicoletta is very kind and flexible with the check-in time. A generous and varied breakfast (all packaged but good), which is not common these days. Very convenient location for those like me who had to go to the conference centre, which is 50 metres away and can be reached in a minute. Recommended.

The location of the house is unique, with a wide view of the valley and the mountains. The apartment is lovingly designed and very clean. A narrow street leads to the house. The staff immediately helped us find a bike workshop and announced us. Thank you for that. Breakfast was plentiful and with great views from the terrace. The pool is fantastic, but we didn't use it. All in all perfect. Mille grazie!

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

What a wonderful reception. Maria and Gabriel are extra nice people and even Leila a sweet and affectionate dog came to meet us when we arrived. The panorama is breathtaking and so peaceful. The accommodation is very neat and everything that is needed. A delicious, freshly made breakfast every morning. A 10 in all areas and we will definitely be back.

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

Perfect accommodation with plenty of space, comfortable bed, excellent cleanliness and the equipment that Ms. Marzia provides is super complete. There is everything for the bathroom, to be able to prepare something hot and quality breakfast products. Considering the quiet location away from noise, only 1 km from the centre on foot and the unique availability of Marzia, it is a must for staying in the Cervia area. Thanks to the next.

Annalisa's structure is splendid. Care and attention are the hallmarks. The room is beautiful, with a beautiful terrace available. Really nice and useful common spaces.
