All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. Welcome to Condécourt, a small quiet country village that is part of the Vexin Regional Natural Park, a 15-minute drive from Cergy Pontoise (RER to Paris). We welcome you to our detached house, where we provide you with our ground floor including an entrance equipped with a dining table adjoining your bathroom, a bedroom and a small cocooning outdoor area. In other words, the entire ground floor space is yours, you will be quiet.

Ideally located to visit Versailles, close to the Château, cinema and shopping streets next door with many restaurants. It's the heart of Versailles. A full breakfast is offered with fresh orange juice and varieties of tea (black, blue, green, white) as well as different breads to start the day well. The schedules are flexible. You are close to the three stations and you can go to Paris in 12 minutes by direct train.

Bed & Breakfast at Myriam and Joël's

Our comfortable home is located in Buchet, a small village that is part of the Vexin Regional Nature Park, close to Giverny, La Roche Guyon, Vernon and Gisors. The place is very quiet and on a cul-de-sac. Parking is great and our garage is available for Bike and/or motorcycle. Apart from sightseeing tours, we also recommend activities such as canoeing down the Epte or a bike ride on the Gasny-Gisors greenway.
