Holiday rentals with a balcony in Centro

The location is perfect, if you go shopping in Gran via you can leave the bags and continue buying more without any setback. The amount of gastronomic and recreation offer around is great and I would definitely stay here again.

The home was clean when we arrived and accurate to its description. Easy to get to and very near the centre and all shops. Highly recommend for those wanting a short stay.

This apartment was perfect for me. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the decor and the layout - I thought it was prettier in real life than in the photos! A perfect place for a solo traveler who loves to use the kitchen like me 😊

An apt as shown in the photos, excellent location, at the exit of the metro, close to supermarkets and the beautiful house, I loved it, I hope that after that accommodation the rest of my trip meet and exceed my expectations. 100% recommended

This is a great Madrid apartment!Comfortable, with modern and beautiful bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The location is fantastic- there is a metro stop close by, and we also were able to walk to many sites and neighborhoods right from the apartment. We loved it, and would stay here again- 10 out of 10!

Clara was so helpfull with finding a restaurant in de midde of the chaos during the huge electral⚡️ blackout on the 🇪🇸 iberic peninsula. Madrid was totally disconnecred. Clara even brought us milk 🥛, toast 🥪, meat, 🍗 cola beer 🍺and wine 🍷just in case of a long persistend problem. Fortunally the shutdown ended after 10 hours. We had a lovely dinner 🥘🍕 on the grand plaza with her during the blackout. During the 4 days she gave us many tips. Leaving madrid; we even got dryed ham and mancheso cheese as a goodbye present. 🙏 Clara; we enjoyed our stay in your convenient appartment 🏚️ Thank you for all your efforts. We absolutely loved the apartment. Spacious, homely and in a brilliant location to explore the city - couldn’t ask for anymore. (We walked to every part of the city from the apartment) Communication was brilliant - fast responses at any time of day and really clear. To top it off they have an amazing bakery right next door serving the best pastries. If you book this apartment make sure you visit!!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is very spacious, well-appointed, bright and airy, has a great little kitchen, and the beds were very comfortable. To say that it met all the needs of our family of four is an understatement. The apartment is also perfectly located to explore central Madrid, on a quiet street steps from small neighborhood cafes. The Royal Palace and Royal Collections museum is less than a 10 minute walk in one direction, and the Plaza Mayor is half that time in the opposite direction. The Prado and Sofia Reina museums and Retiro Park are a longer, leisurely walk through lovely neighborhoods. The location of the apartment also makes it easy to return to during the day to recoup before heading out for dinner or more sightseeing. We frequented neighborhood restaurants every day, all within an easy walk of the apartment. In short, if this apartment is available during your stay, you cannot possibly go wrong with this choice.
