Set a traditional dining table and enjoy a delicious homemade breakfast. Choose a book from a glass cabinet afterwards, and read on an inviting couch or in bed. Catch up on email on a computer by a picture window with views of a quiet neighborhood. In a quiet area of the city of Madrid (Arturo Soria neighborhood), just 15 minutes from IFEMA and 20 minutes from the airport by metro, I rent a private room with bathroom in a 90 m2 (1000 ft) flat. It looks onto a private garden and swimming pool which ou can enjoy during your stay in Madrid. WiFi and free national landline calls are included. If you are planning to stay for a long period of time (more than a week) washing clothes (but not ironing!) and room/bathroom cleaning are included as well. Metro entrance is just 1 minute walk from the building (line 4-ESPERANZA stop) and 3 minutes walk you can find buses number 120 and 122. You can get to the historic center less than half an hour. The building has an enclosed garden and concierge and it is easy to park free in the area. Just 2 minutes walk to supermarkets and a classic market where you can find everything you need, as well as little restaurants and bars for a drink. I am happy to give you tourism advice on the famous sights and insider's Madrid. The apartment is in the peaceful Arturo Soria neighborhood. Entrance to the Metro is a 1-minute walk. Reach the historic center of Madrid in less than half an hour.

Spacious and bright bedroom garage.

Independent room in duplex flat, very well lit, very close to the great Madrid Río park and with good metro and bus service a few meters away. The atmosphere you will find will be totally friendly and familiar. Breakfast, which consists of a coffee or tea and toast is included. What is not allowed is cooking. They'll be able to warm up what they need, though. I don't know that they allow visits or parties, since I only rent a room and for one person, the rest of the house is for private use.

Aristocratic Japan at the Casa de Madrid

A spacious room at the aristocratic Casa de Madrid full of light from the large central courtyard, totally quiet, accessed through the library and closest to the kitchen, it is apt for longer stays. A private bathroom with a large shower, and a dedicated work area. It has enough space for an extra bed. The Casa de Madrid is an apartment in one of Madrid´s best listed residential buildings, in the Austrias neighbourhood, facing the Teatro Real, and looking towards the Palacio Real.

There are several metro stations and bus stops A safe and clear area. Comfortable sofa bed near downtown

This stylish home is the perfect backdrop for your stay. It consists of a large space, 15 min from downtown Madrid. It's a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. You will have privacy because there is an opaque curtain that separates the rest of the house. We live 4 people and 3 dogs, we spend all working and do not keep at home. I look forward to seeing you if you want to get to know Madrid I can recommend many plans both day and night to make it unforgettable.

Designer apartment of 30 square meters and independent entrance to quiet street, a few steps from Calle Argumosa and the Lavapiés metro. The space is distributed in kitchenette, bathroom and living area with comfortable sofa bed. At the top of the living area is the master bedroom, with a double bed and built-in closet. It is a small but more than enough space and with all the comforts for a few days getting to know the city.

Room in a Gay friendly Home

My home is a good place, the more important rule is be nice. Just two train stops will take you El Retiro, Atocha, Museo del Prado, Museo Reina Sofía, pubs and clubs. I live with a lovely but a little burking dog. LGBTIQ+FRIENDLY It is important that you read the house rules, because you are renting a room in my house, not the entire apartment
