Accommodation with everything you need to spend a few days or weeks in total comfort, has WIFI fiber optic 300 MG, LAPTOP for the exclusive use of guests, air conditioning and heating. It has different areas, with independent lighting in each one. Perfectly equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender, torch, kitchen utensils and utensils in perfect condition for cooking as if you were at home. Living area with 2 comfortable sofas that become beds for 4 people and a pleasant work area with LAPTOP. The apartment is very bright and quiet. It has a spacious living/dining room. With wifi connection via ADSL, TV with Netflix. The building does not have an elevator. The apartment does not have common areas The house already belonged to my great-grandfather, so I know the neighborhood and the whole city very well! Quiet, charming loft in the center of Madrid

My hideaway, it is a quiet loft as it does not face the street, it is very well designed and it is very comfortable. It has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay. It is very central with a supermarket open 24 hours and a market 20 meters away with restaurants and tapas sites. If it's Sunday you can walk to the trail, which is spectacular, walking to museums, retreat park, Atocha station and metro at 20m. Completely disinfected after each exit. OS AWAIT
