THE VILLAGE - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

V podhůří Krušných hor nedaleko Karlových Varů a Klínovce jsme z historické stodoly vytvořili jedinečný prostor pro společné chvíle, klid i odpočinek. Lokalita je skvělá pro výlety do hor (Jáchymov, Boží Dar nebo Oberwiesenthal) stejně jako pro objevování okolí. Čeká vás velkorysý společný prostor s výhledem do krajiny, krb, dlouhý stůl pro společné snídaně i večeře, sauna (od 09/2026) a dvě oddělené ložnice. Na terase máme k dispozici koupací sud (použití za příplatek).

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. A small "Sweden House", right on the lake and in the middle of Germany. Bright – natural and Scandinavian – minimalist decor. A unique lake view from the bed, right on the water, with a sauna and surrounded by greenery. A lovely little place for two people. The house is part of a small tiny house holiday complex (five houses). The other cottages can also be booked via Airbnb. The house is easily accessible by train, Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk.
