The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by a spiral staircase of a traditional 16th century Baroque building with lots of charm and Old Town details. It has been recently furnished with tasteful furniture and accessories. Here is a brief summary: #1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM with large king size bed (2x2 metres) and a wall of mirrored closets for storage. Fresh atlas linen provided. #2 LIVING ROOM Spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area, where you can relax, listen to Spotify or choose a movie from the Netflix catalogue on a 49” LED TV screen. #3 MEDIEVAL BATHROOM with a barrel vault ceiling has a panoramic wall mirror. Essentials and towels are provided for each guest. #4 THE KITCHEN is well equipped. As we love to cook, the kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you feel like cooking during your stay. The gadgets include a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a kettle along with cooking utensils, pots, a mokka espresso pot, a full dinner set and glasses, etc. Including coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and various kinds of spices) This is a non-smoking flat, but you are welcome to smoke downstairs in front of the house. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.
