It is located in the most prestigious part of Budapest (best part of District V) a stone's throw from Parliament, and the most beautiful square Szabadsag where the American Embassy resides. It is also a short walk to Margaret Island for relaxation and exercise. The building itself with lift is in immaculate condition externally and internally adding to the experience of the apartment itself. It features a dedicated home office so is particularly good for those travelling on business or simply wish to have a dedicated space to catch up on work and emails as required. The kitchen features a five hob, three electric oven range cooker with dedicated dining area in the stylish hallway area so is wonderful for evening entertainment. The main living room has a new bluetooth enabled media and music player system along with smart TV. It is very unusual to find an apartment with A/C in Budapest due to restrictions on installation but this apartment comes with full hot cold function. It also has a back up electric hot water heating system in the event of a problem with the main boiler. Both bathrooms are en-suite with the master bathroom having both roll top bath with mixer and separate shower.
