Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

The Double Room offers tranquility and comfort with a stunning view of Lake Como. Ideal for couples or small families, the room can accommodate a third bed. The garden, available to guests, provides a green space to relax with a panoramic lake view. A Italian breakfast is served for a day of exploration. Note that the house is shared with the host, who offers advice for an unforgettable stay. My friendly dogs make the environment welcoming. Your dog is also welcome but only in the garden.

The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

Small Alpine Tower

The Piccola Torre Alpina has a small living room, a kitchenette with 2 burners, fridge and microwave, an internal bathroom, and a bedroom with a bunk bed on the upper floor. The building dates back to the late 18th century. Towels, soap, and a hairdryer are provided. Inside the kitchen cabinets, there are pots and dishes. Breakfast is not included. However, for those who want it, it is served in the special breakfast room. Pets are allowed.

In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.

Elegant Suite Doubleroom inside the main Villa of Roncade Castle. The room is equipped with with private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
