And right in the heart of the Wachau is located in Spitz an der Donau, the "Haus zum Prater". This was built on the foundation walls of a mill over 500 years old in the Mieslingtal am Mieslingbach. In 1880, there was a conversion and the restaurant "zum Prater" was built. This house has been faithfully renovated by us in 2017 and thus again 6 holiday apartments with different sizes (17-30m2) are available for short-term or year-round rental.

Die Ferienwohnung hat drei Zimmer, Küche, Duschbad und einen Südbalkon mit seitlichem Bergblick. Genug Geschirr und Haushaltsutensilien sowie Decken und Kissen sind vorhanden. Im Haus ist es eigentlich immer sehr ruhig. Viele Wohnungen in unserem Eingang werden nur sporadisch vom Eigentümer genutzt.
