Shipping container holiday rentals in Central America

I'm not a hostel person :), but needed to stay overnight for my next day flight. The host was very welcoming and helpful, they have a nice group chat idea for communication within hostel guests. The area is also as described, a lot of nice seating places, chilling spots. It was quiet and clean. Very close to the main road to get a ride. I can't speak about the room I booked, as I got an upgrade due to some maintenance issues and the one I got was with kitchen and seating area and was very nice. The place is not new, but is well maintained. I got a driver from the hotel, which was much better price then the taxis overall on the island and everything went smooth. Only thing is the position, even with recommendations from the host I could not find a decent place to eat. I walked down the beach, which is close, but did not want to wander too far and have found only a local kitchen with no options. I stayed before in Gibson Bight, so this place seemed a bit far from everything to me.

This place was great, very close walk to the beach. Great Thai restaurant across the street, and very close the main street of Jaco. The A/C was great, the shipping container unique! Our shipping container (Oceania) had a small bridge that we had to walk across to access the front door which could be trickier to access. We enjoyed our stay!

The house is very nice, clean, it met my expectations. It would be good to put a screen in the living room when you have children. I hope to return

This place was amazing! We woke up each morning to all sorts of birds and butterflies just out the floor to ceiling windows! It was very private and felt secluded and safe. It was easy to walk to local restaurants and stores. Adrian perfectly arranged 2 days of activities for us that went nearly seamlessly. We had one issue with a third party transportation company and Adrián was very responsive and even planned to pick us up himself if transportation failed to arrive the next day. The bed was comfortable and accommodations were in near perfect condition. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay while in Monteverde.

I really enjoyed my stay at Isaiah and Tatiana's place, it felt like home! The kitchen is well equiped. Just a 10 mins walk to the beach with a handful of restaurants along the way, a mini super for basic needs and a wonderful fruit stand nearby, their place is well located ans safe. I felt at ease leaving my motorcycle in their locked yard. The shared outside space was really comfortable and relaxing, I spent many mornings in the hamac reading or watching howler monkeys. Tatiana is a wonderful host and was very fast to reply to my messages. I would definitely stay here again!

A BEAUTIFUL oasis and amazing deal. We felt so welcomed by the staff working there, especially Amanda. The grounds were stunning with plans through, the pool was a treat! Breakfast was made fresh and delicious. We loved our private shower outside the room. The yoga studio was stunning and such a great class. Short walk to the beach and local restaurants. We'll be back!

Very pleased with the accommodation, I exceed our expectations, spacious place, safe, easy access, with everything you need to have an excellent stay, Jose's treatment was incredible, always attentive to everything and Fede is very attentive to always respond timely. We are definitely going back to this beautiful place and we recommend it 100% for a family vacation.

My stay at Justina Tinyhouse was absolutely wonderful. The place is mega quiet and clean, exactly as described in the post. Arrival instructions were clear and accurate, which made the check in process very simple. This site is excellent to disconnect from the world and connect with oneself. The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for those looking for a break from the daily hustle. Definitely, it's a place I'd come back to without a second thought 100% recommended. Also, Elio was super communicative and always available to answer any questions His attention and willingness made the experience even more enjoyable.

Beautiful place, with a very nice and careful environment, the pool is very large, the apartment super equipped and perfectly clean and organized! Beautiful details and the best sheets and pillows I've had in a stay! Excellent location to enjoy many beaches

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! i cant stress that enough. the location can NOT get better than this!! literally every thing was walkable so you do not need a car rental while staying in tamarindo. Great ambience throughout the airbnb with lots of fun nightlife and great restaurants nearby. Also provided support with a receptionist if you needed anything such as help with your room, food recommendations, etc. everything went through smooth and i loved it!! Would definitely recommend this for your tamarindo stay!

I love the apartment. Whenever I can, I come to spend a few days and leave totally renewed. The place is super quiet and the nature is wonderful. I walk and run along the beach and the dirt trails that border both the house and the beach. I relax in the hammocks, use the kitchen inside and the barbecue at night. At noon I like to go to a restaurant in the area. The layout of the spaces allows me to enjoy each environment and I enjoy the great opportunity to have work meetings away from the rest of the house. Chelín and Dany are splendid hosts, always with clear answers and goodwill. I definitely plan to return soon!

A magical place! Extremely comfortable for a couple or 3 people. 2 minutes from the beach walking, from the best beaches in the country, a beauty. Next time I'm in Santa Teresa I definitely stay here again:)

Perfect stay for our one night near San Jose! We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces, the herb garden, outdoor tub, and deck on top that overlooks the city. Eating dinner on the lookout deck was beautiful. There was some construction next door (wasn’t super loud) but other than that was a very peaceful and pretty location still within not too far of a drive to nightlife in San Juan area.

The host of this place is a super host he can certainly be your tour guide with all the cool recommendations. I was impressed how quickly he responded to all my questions and more. He went out of his way to be extra helpful for us. we learned so much about ourselves and nature with the little time we had at this tiny home. We had an amazing experience getting intimate with the ocean and jungle with the safety that the tiny home provided. we certainly recommend this experience.

This was a great place to relax for a few days- it was quiet and well kept with a great pool with beautiful views.

Yahayra and his family were very kind to welcome us, and cared about an older adult we went with so he could have all the comforts. The place has many social areas and in the evenings there is a nice view, highly recommended.

We stayed at Carlos’ place for 10 nights and it had everything we needed. It was important to us to be able to cook our own meals and we had everything we needed to do that. It was a close to drive to everything and only took 10 minutes or so to get anywhere, location was perfect for us. The drive was easy and the place was easily accessible by car. The neighbours are very close, although we never saw them, we could hear them- but it wasn’t bothersome at all. Felt very safe and comfortable. If your looking for something that’s close to everything, is simple, safe and affordable- this is it! Also, Carlos was really great to communicate with. We didn’t have any issues, but had questions about places to go and things to see and he gave us SO much information that might have otherwise been hard to find on our own!

We had a wonderful stay! The house had everything you need and was extremely clean and well maintained. The beautiful nature in the area immediately delighted us, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The kitchen equipment left nothing to be desired and had everything you need for cooking. Also the decor of the house was tasteful and cozy, so we immediately felt at home. A big thank you to the host who was very helpful and friendly.

We had two great days at the place. Pure nature with a phenomenal view. We would come back.

Amazing space close to the beach, lo e the river and waterfall in the community. Lots of good local resturaunts nearby. Close to quepos. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the privacy of the cabinas, and the pool.
