Mikheyla and her staff are always responsive! The place? It’s more than what I expected. 1. Bedrooms- Hotel-like with complete toiletries. All rooms smell good. 2nd floor bedrooms all have bathrooms. Only 2 comfortable double beds per room so it’s not over-crowded. All rooms come with nice view. 2. The house is surrounded by trees with great landscaping and is away from main road noise. 3. The house feels cozy especially at night and comes with stunning sunset view. Feels like Camp John Hay in Baguio. 4. Our pets enjoyed the morning walk! 5. Comes with a breakfast kit. Nice idea!

Good location, peaceful, almost consider as mountainous area.

The onsite staff Marytess and Anne were absolutely amazing! Erwin too. They were always available to help with everything from cooking meals to arranging transportation, booking tickets and making excellent recommendations. The place was very clean and well maintained. The location was great for local amenities and excursions. We were very grateful to have been able to score such a wonderful spot and will definitely try to book it again next time we visit.

Gesebel’s compound is exactly what we were looking for. It’s a clean, well-appointed compound located on one of the few streets in Lapu-Lapu with light traffic. We’d come to the Philippines to see our family members who live nearby and the home was perfect for that. It was centrally located for us and had plenty of room to host our relatives. It has a proper kitchen, large spaces for entertaining both inside and out, and plenty of sleeping quarters. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor areas: kids loved the pool, and we even managed some pickup football games in the grass. At night the neighborhood is pretty quiet. It’s the barangay so you’ll always have a dog or rooster not far off, but it’s not bad and there is an astonishingly small amount of other traffic and noise. The hosts are also very friendly and very helpful! We enjoyed their company on our last night during another big family get together. Thanks again for having us!

I had a wonderful 12days stayed in Dianne's place. Even though there's some issues with late check in coz room weren't ready, toilet is leaking with bad smell, not good internet connection. but Diannee hospitality covers it all, What I like on this area is very convenient for transportation,restaurant,Robinson supermarket, pharmacy, laundry water refilling station is just within the building..with accommodating security's as well. Highly recommended this place to others 👌

Jefax's place is in a great location—close to Starbucks, McDonald's, and 7/11, which made it super convenient for quick meals and coffee. The room itself was clean, but the air conditioning wasn’t as cold as we hoped, and the sink drain had a small leak. Despite these minor issues, the price was very affordable, so it was still a decent stay overall!

This was a very great place to stay in Cebu! The location was very premium - resting on top of tower 3 (topmost floor), and seeing the beautiful view of IT Park. It was very close to all amenities, food, supplies, transportation terminal, mall, etc. The room offered a cozy "home away from home" atmosphere that was remarkably clean. Booking rides and food was also a breeze because of the location. The host provided helpful information for the stay. And a big bonus was the discount upon booking! Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Rhea’s place! She was an excellent, responsive host, always quick to communicate and address any concerns. The space was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location—definitely worth the price. One small downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t centralized, so the living room wasn’t as cool as the bedrooms. However, when I mentioned this, Rhea quickly responded and even bought a new stand fan to improve comfort. The only other feedback is about the gym—there was no proper ventilation, and only two out of seven treadmills were working, so swimming might be a better option. Overall, Rhea’s hospitality made for a great stay. Despite minor issues, her prompt responses and efforts to enhance our experience stood out. I definitely plan on booking her place again!

We had unforgettable two days at Johanna' Farm. From the moment we were at Johanna's Farm our host Mrs Bee spoiled us and we felt imediately at home. For all our wishes she found great solutions. We enjoyed the organic vegetarian food Mrs. Bee and Bajing cooked for us a lot. The view and the hole place was breath-thaking. The cabin was clean, in nature style and simple. Over all we had a marvelous stay in a the middle of the nature. We will recommand Johanna's Farm to our friends.
