This is the place to stay if you're looking for a large condo at a great price! It's serene, and you may feel comfortable because security personnel are on the go. My project team and our trainees selected the location. The cool air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom helped us focus and lose sight of time, which allowed us to do a lot of our responsibilities. There are plenty of tables in the unit for workspace, and getting in the pool relieves stress! If a project is made in Lapu-Lapu, I will rent the entire space again.

This place is in the interior area which is good for a back packers because its not convenient. taxi is not available in the area but if you really need to ride on a taxi then take a grab car and it is only available by using the aps or ask the owner to help you just to go anywhere around Cebu city. Or take a walk going out to the main road and take a tricycle and pay 13 pesos and the driver will take you to the end of the highway where you can take a public transportation going anywhere you want to go. the place is secluded and the room is very small but its very clean. And the owner lives in the same roof. The property is very safe because its gated.

Sunshines place was awesome it was my second year in a row staying at Sunshines Inn by the sea. I love the family vibe. The staff was great and the locals so friendly along with the plethora of smiling kids. Special thanks to MA Cecilia who is always so attentive to her guests. My stay was truly delightful! The house exudes an exceptional sense of privacy, creating an idyllic retreat. Lorna's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Breakfast was a charming experience, homemade flavors that added a personal touch to each morning. The fast internet was a wonderful bonus, perfect for staying connected, while the innovative Wi-Fi light switches and abundance of electrical sockets ensured convenience at every turn. I highly recommend this lovely escape for anyone seeking comfort and tranquility!

The place is definitely at the heart of Cebu!! A great deal esp that it comes with a free breakfast. Although we were given the wrong room, the receptionist immediately transferred us to the correct room upon calling them. It was cozy and easily accessible. Will definitely book again!! Thank you!
