Really good time at Karen's place, we stayed 3 adults and 2 kids and enjoyed very much waking to the sound of the sea, exploring the beach at low tide and having much space in the house and around. We had a rental car which was good to move around and explore the Camotes sights. Very reactive communication and problems solving mindset, when we had some issues with electricity or water. We would be happy to come back! To be noted, the beach in front of the house is not perfect for swimming (rocks and sea urchin), especially at low tide, but many beaches at 10-15min drive.

The beach villa is superb not just the facilities - gorgeous view, nice garden, lovely indoor/outdoor family room and delightful bedrooms, but the team on hand cooking and cleaning is absolutely thoroughly attentive and caring. What is more Mark himself gives great suggestions for local visits and attractions, helps organise logistics and really considers a visitor’s needs. The whole team is attentive, flexible and keen to please. They cook up a storm of fantastic local and western cuisines and take feedback into consideration. We had a fantastic stay and will happily return for another relaxing family holiday!

The place is superb! There’s no place like home, but at ANZA, you always feel right at home. The amenities are fantastic, and the caretaker is incredibly kind. A perfect place to unwind!

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

I recommend this place if you have a large group. It is a lovely house that perfectly describes the description on the site. The house is in a guarded gated community, so my family felt safe. The neighbors were super friendly as well. The house was very clean and had enough towels for everyone to use. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery. The pool was amazing and refreshing, especially after a long day of sightseeing. The host was very accommodating; we arrived early in the morning with permission from the owner. The caretaker, Miribel, was awesome, especially since we arrived so early. She showed us everything in the house and how to work the pool lights. My family and I enjoyed our time in the house very much. If we ever decide to return to Cebu, we will definitely see if this house is available again.

Gesebel’s compound is exactly what we were looking for. It’s a clean, well-appointed compound located on one of the few streets in Lapu-Lapu with light traffic. We’d come to the Philippines to see our family members who live nearby and the home was perfect for that. It was centrally located for us and had plenty of room to host our relatives. It has a proper kitchen, large spaces for entertaining both inside and out, and plenty of sleeping quarters. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor areas: kids loved the pool, and we even managed some pickup football games in the grass. At night the neighborhood is pretty quiet. It’s the barangay so you’ll always have a dog or rooster not far off, but it’s not bad and there is an astonishingly small amount of other traffic and noise. The hosts are also very friendly and very helpful! We enjoyed their company on our last night during another big family get together. Thanks again for having us!

Villa Amare is a beautiful Villa but still gives a sense of home. It’s very spacious and attractive, comfortable and clean. The staff were very respectful, had our best interests, and helpful for all our needs. Twinkle, our host, was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Everything was seamless and easy. Worth the stay and will definitely be booking again in the future!

오후에 도착해서 호스트가 안내해준대로 이동하니, 별 문제 없이 숙소에 도착했습니다. 호스트가 경비에게 우리가 방문하는 것을 미리 이야기 했는지, 이름만 체크하고 게이트를 통과 했고, 경비가 어느 집인지 위치를 안내해 줬습니다. 집은 아주 깔끔했고, 수영장이 엄청 좋았습니다. 이 숙소가 있는 타운의 다른 집은 아직 완공되지 않은 집이 많이 있더군요. 그래서 저녁이 되기 전까지는 공사하는 소리가 조금 들렸지만, 큰 문제가 되지는 않았습니다. 그냥 깨끗하고 편안한 침대에서 푹 잤고, 정말 깨끗하고 예쁜 수영장에서 잘 즐겼습니다.

Arvin made us feel very welcome. We especially appreciated his prompt services when we needed your help. We also enjoyed the swimming pool at walking distance. SM Seaside (biggest mall in the Philippines), Cebu Oceanpark (bigger than Manila Oceanpark) and other malls at about 20 minutes ride. I highly recommend him and his place to people looking for a place to stay in Talisay.

Ivee is a great host. The house is clean and very near to the market. The location is safe because it’s just near to the guard house.The caretaker is just a call-away. We had a superb and comfy stay .

It was very easy to communicate. We arrived to Cebu late after midnight and still managed to easily get in the house, since the host prepared the key and handed it to a guard that guards all area with houses. House was already prepared and all AC’s were running by our arrival which is amazing act of service, since it’s hot outside. House had necessities like cups, kettle, blankets and pillows, and free parking in front of house. The village itself is very safe since is guarded and surrounded by wall. Thank you for amazing stay.

The minimalist home setup adds a modern touch to its cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, especially the mini karaoke set and board games which created memorable moments together. A special mention to Ms. Syvel, an exceptionally accommodating host, whose prompt responses and the caretaker's reliable assistance ensured a smooth and comfortable experience. While there are areas for improvement, such as slow flow and bit salty faucet water and a few appliances requiring replacement and detailed cleaning, these were minor concerns compared to the overall charm and peacefulness of the property. For anyone seeking relaxation and a refreshing change of scenery, this home is highly recommended.

The place was awesome. Checked in for 2 nights with no problem. It is situated inside a subdivision and its on a dead end. Had a bar with barbecue grill. Parking space for a car is available. Rooms can accomodate around 8 pax with a aircon in every room. Aircon in the sala is not working when we went there. Internet is good. Water was not a problem although host told me that they have some issues with tge supply. We enjoyed our stay in this humble home. Will definitely return. By the way planes can be heard most of the time here but we dont have any issues for it.

Harvey's place was super clean, comfortable, and private. It felt like a home away from home. I enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed longer.
