Amazing location just crossing the street towards the mall. Easy to get taxi or park your own car across the street got a small fee. Also an amazing park right across. The pool was never packed and very spacious. Good gym got light work out and yoga room.

Sung Yeon was a great host very resonant to messages and very helpful I would recommend you staying in the wonderful home has I will be doing when I visit Lapu-lapu again in the future, and the Wife really enjoyed eating yellow mangoes that were left for us she also can’t wait to visit you guys again 😊 thank you for your kindness it was really appreciated and very accommodating to us both!

Good location.In the surrounding area, you can enjoy not only restaurants and facilities for resorts, but also shops where locals gather.There is a bus center, making it convenient to get to the main island of Cebu.The room is clean and the pool is comfortable.It's nice that you can use the private beach if you're a guest, even though it's paid.There were no towels when I entered the room and the safety box did not work, but when I contacted them, they responded immediately.

The unit is beautiful and cozy. Felt right at home. Very good location. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Overall, worth the price. Looking forward to booking with them again. :)

I would like to commend the host for being so responsive. I was able to book the place on the same day. The place looks great with huge balcony, cozy interior, and functional kitchen. There’s a plenty of bed foams for each members of the family. Easy check in and check out.

It was a great place to stay. The house was big and spacious. they kept it clean as well. The neighbourhood was quit and walkable. it was refreshing for me and my family to go for swimming, bicycling & walking inside the subdivision. we were able to go to the nearby beaches with just one ride from the door as we called the guardhouse and they send the local three-wheeler to the house door. the host was quik to response and very friendly. in one word it was a wonderful experience staying here and we will definitely comeback again.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed the place. When I was reading the reviews, I was a little bit worried about the mosquitoes. But nothing to worry about, not a lot of mosquitos. I think because the care takers were amazing - they were very clean, they took care of the place really well, they were also very friendly and helpful. I really like that the place is well maintain. took care of us really well, by husband wants to stay longer. It is such a beautiful place, we will not forget the care takers.

Of all the units we've stayed in at Mactan Newtown this is the best that we are satisfied and no complain at all. This will be the place we will be staying for our next visit in Cebu! I highly recommend this place.

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

Good clean apartment the communal pool is typical of Philippines with missing or loose tiles only thing I felt was missing from apartment was 2 chairs for the balcony

This place was the best place I stayed in while visiting in the Philippines. Host was very responsive. I left my glasses and they let me know. If I come back I will definitely book this place again.
