Less than 2 miles from the old fishermen’s Cornish villages of Kingsand & Cawsand and on the outer edges of the Mount Edgcumbe Estate, we have lovely woodlands behind us and the tranquil waters of Plymouth Sound in front. 🌊

The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

The view from the lounge & kitchen is directly out to the ocean. Renovated by the owners in pastel colours & added features that make this place very special, cosy & inviting. Perfect for holidaying, Polhawn weddings, HMS Raleigh. Ample parking bays. Great for surfing or paddle boarding. Dogs allowed. 40 physical steps from the parking area on the cliff path.

Little Islet - a fabulous cottage on the sea

This beautiful and unique beachside cottage could not be any closer to the sea, you can sit with your morning coffee and have a chat with the swimmers out of the window! Little Islet has panoramic sea views across Plymouth Sound, and is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday by the beach. This house was previously used as the green room for the movie 'Mr Turner', whilst also serving as a residence for lead actor Timothy Spall! We recommend 4 adults & 2 children, or maximum 6 adults.

Lime Tree is a 1 bedroom apartment in the beautiful village of Millbrook, run by a local family: It is 5 minutes away from Whitsand Bay Beaches and a couple of minutes away from the fishing villages of Kingsand/Cawsand. It is close to wedding venues of Mount Edgcumbe and Polhawn Fort. It has off road parking which is a fantastic bonus as parking can be difficult in the area. There is a bus stop across the road too. It has a lovely private outside space to sit and relax, and a BBQ.

In the summer we recommend passing the time watching the glorious sunsets from your private balcony.
