My apartment is in the historic center completely renovated, very close to an equipped beach and the most beautiful square in the city. 50m away, the course offers a wide selection of typical restaurants and places to spend after dinner. A few minutes from the train station and the supermarket. Theapartment is located in the ZTL, but there is free parking at 150 meters and we also offer the free possibility of a permit for access and parking in ztl for the time of the stay.

In the beautiful Cavo (Elba), we rent out the ground floor of our villa, 300 m from the sea. The apartment (100m2) can accommodate 9 up to persons (4 adults.+5 Ki. or up to 6 adults.+3 Ki.) and consists of a spacious living room, a large bedroom with double bed + bunk bed, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with bunk bed (1.40 + 90), a very large covered terrace (40m2), a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and washing machine.

La Guardiola - Cape Pearl

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

Nice apartment on the second floor, recently renovated. 5 min walk to the historic center and 10 min walk to the city beaches. Elba apartament: lovely seaview

Two-room apartment with sea view (islands of Cerboli and Palmaiola) with a large terrace where you can have breakfasts, lunches and dinners... At the back begins the wood with paths for trekking and mountain biking. It is five minutes walk from the beaches of Cavo, Frugoso and the hidden Cala delle Alghe. Very quiet place, with condominium parking spaces. (We do not provide sheets, towels etc ...)

THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIOMBINO HAS INTRODUCED THE ACCOMMODATION TAX OF €1.50 PER PERSON FOR EACH NIGHT SPENT IN THE CITY. THE TAX IS REQUIRED FROM JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival in the apartment for the total of the nights booked. Bright penthouse with wonderful views of the Island of Elba and a large panoramic terrace that surrounds the apartment.
