Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

on the Cavo waterfront, in a unique position, newly built attic with exposed beams, extremely bright, with large shady terrace overlooking the sea; large outdoor spaces, a short walk from the village and the delightful marina. The beach in front is free while a little further on there is a small bathing area equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and nearby you can rent bikes, scooters, cars and dinghies.

The villa is located a few dozen meters above the seashore, entirely renovated in 2019-20 and furnished and equipped with great refinement and functionality; it is located in the bay of Pareti, on the western side of Capoliveri, one of the most typical and charming villages of Elba, which in the evening is full of shops and clubs open until late, and which is just over 2 km away.
