La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

The holiday apartment Casina vintage, which is situated in Rio, overlooks the nearby sea. The 86 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
