Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Casita Bellavista è un fantastico appartamentino a Cavo, ideale per coppie o piccole famiglie. Può ospitare fino a 4 ospiti, grazie al divano in salotto che può essere convertito in comodo letto. La terrazza panoramica è senz'altro il fiore all'occhiello di questo delizioso bilocale: grazie al grande tavolo potrete gustare colazioni, aperitivi e cene vista mare. Il mare dista solo 5 minuti a piedi - in discesa all'andata, in salita al ritorno. Posto auto. Wifi. Lavatrice. Aria condizionata.

Elba apartament: lovely seaview

Two‑room sea‑view apartment with a large terrace suitable for lunch and dinner. Behind the apartment the woods begin with trails for trekking and mountain biking. Five minutes’ walk from the beaches of Cavo, Frugoso and the hidden Cala delle Alghe. Very quiet location, with about ten private parking spaces (partly asphalt, partly gravel). Bed linen, pillowcases, towels, dish towels, etc. are not provided. The apartment is not new and shows the signs of its age, exactly as in the photos.

Die Wohnung (100m2) kann bis zu 9 Personen beherbergen (4 Erw.+5 Ki. oder bis 6 Erw.+3 Ki.) und besteht aus einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer, einem grossen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett + Etagenbett, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett (1.40 + 90), eine sehr grosse überdachte Terrasse (40m2), eine gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine.

La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability
