This house is very nice and its amenities allow a real stay of disconnection and relaxation The icing on the cake, Morgan is nice and not stingy about the history of his house or to give advice on what to do / see around his home.

Great stay in Arnaud's house. Flexible check-in and checkout, very convenient with the code mailbox. Very accommodating hosts on arrival and departure. Very large house, impeccable, very clean, widely provided towels, kitchen with all the amenities you need...and a game room or quiet space upstairs. Ultra easy, friendly communication. The second stay at Nathalie's house, House still so well maintained and of an Olympian calm. Perfect for relaxing and discovering Lamballe on foot . Nathalie is a super responsive and attentive host. We highly recommend it. Arnaud , Roseline and the dog Marla 😉

We had a lovely stay in Erquy and especially in this spacious, pleasant and well-equipped apartment. Jean is very welcoming, available and not stingy with good advice when it comes to things to see in the area! ( The sunset 2 steps from the accommodation is great!) In short everything was perfect for these 5 nights spent thank you very much and maybe see you soon!

We stayed at Fabrice's apartment which is a little gem. The decor is great. The apartment is very well-equipped and functional and the perfect location. We highly recommend this rental. All this done on foot and parking is very easy. I would definitely stay in the area again if I stay in the area again. For me it is an “exceptional” mention for this accommodation. Thank you Fabrice

Studio as advertised, everything is new, well decorated and very clean with all the amenities you need (towels, tea towels, sponge, dish soap, coffee, cleaning product). The heating is easily adjustable, the parking space is right in front of the front door, the terrace area is very nice and the bedding is very good. I think in terms of value for money it will be impossible to find better. We would highly recommend.

We had a great time. Catherine is adorable. The apartment is just great, very spacious and everything is there. If you have small children it has any high chair, games, potty, draisienne, sand games, umbrella bed, cane stroller. At the top. We'll be back for sure. ❤️

I really enjoyed Noël's apartment, it is very nice, good location, land and sea entrance, close to RN12 and at the same time peaceful. Very well-equipped, bright. Noël is accommodating and very friendly. Great for a stay for 2 or alone to discover the bay. I recommend it without hesitating.

We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle and Pierre's apartment! They were more than adorable, even offering us to pick us up by car upon arrival. They answered our questions and were flexible on arrival and departure. The apartment was spotless, the location very peaceful. We took advantage of the surrounding area to ride a bike for 4 days. We recommend eyes a second thought!

This is the first time that we are also satisfied with a rental: beautiful location, cozy and warm apartment, comfortable bedding, more than necessary in terms of supplies, delicate attention and availability from the owner, what more could you ask for! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful welcome from Jacqueline with beautiful touches. The apartment, superb and well equipped, is very well located, fast city center on foot with all the shops. We had a wonderful quiet stay with beautiful views. The terrace is nice for breakfast and aperitivo. I highly recommend this rental to visit the area.

Great location on the seafront. Spectacular views of the immense Rosaires beach. You can watch the sunrise from the living room couch and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The balcony on the entrance/living room side serves as a passage for very discreet neighbors. We didn't mind. And the balcony on the bedroom side is private with a real sea view. Philippe is a very friendly and responsive host with very good advice. Great restaurants within walking distance. Loved our stay.

Comfortable and well located accommodation in downtown Moelan. Special mention for the beautiful garden, which is not part of the rental but we still enjoyed the delicious smell of thrush and lilac:)
