Ideally located accommodation in Saint Brieuc, quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house is impeccable, very nicely decorated with everything you need. Small wooden courtyard very nice and sheltered from view. The bedding is perfect I highly recommend it.

We felt right at home at your beautiful Cocon, which is located in a quiet area and is very loving and nicely decorated. Binic is our 2nd home. The apartment is great, the view of the sea is a dream, a great infrastructure in the village, everything within walking distance and Sylvain (along with his wife) is a great guy (also applies to the wife).

Honestly, the first time an Airbnb surprises me because it's nicer than it looks in the photos. It made me feel like home. It had a lot of amenities, it was very nice, small touches for the welcome, excellent. Plus: the bed is very comfortable. The truth is, it's excellent. You can also walk to the historic center in 15 minutes! Not to mention the proximity to the train :)

The view is magnificent on the beach of Les Rosaires, on which it is pleasant to walk. We highly recommend this listing. One regret: not staying longer!

What can I say? We had a very good week. Area is beautiful. The upstairs rental of a beautiful house is very nice (very clean, very bright, very well laid out and equipped) with a sea view. And above all, our host, Samuel, was very welcoming and remains accessible throughout the stay. He does not hesitate to provide a lot of advice (places to see, good addresses...). We recommend it without hesitation.
