Holiday rentals with a patio in Catmon

We had an amazing experience at MAnny's Place! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. We cooked a lot of our meals in the kitchen, which was well-equipped with everything we needed — made it feel just like home. The layout was comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bed was super comfortable and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants, Tao'ist Temple and public transportations. In our case we brought our Ford Ranger pickup, and it fit perfectly in the garage — a big plus for us, especially since parking can be tricky in some places. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet it was still close to great spots for dining and exploring. Our contact perosn Kuya Buddywas incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Good location.In the surrounding area, you can enjoy not only restaurants and facilities for resorts, but also shops where locals gather.There is a bus center, making it convenient to get to the main island of Cebu.The room is clean and the pool is comfortable.It's nice that you can use the private beach if you're a guest, even though it's paid.There were no towels when I entered the room and the safety box did not work, but when I contacted them, they responded immediately.

The host has been very responsive even prior to check in and makes sure you have a comfortable stay. She also has a great caretaker, when we need something they assist promptly. I highly recommend the place especially for those who have travel plans to go to the north and south of Cebu.

The hosts are very responsive and thankful that they did all their best for us to be able to check in 2 hours earlier even when there was guests prior our reservation. The place is great and highly recommended!

The host was good. The place was clean and nice. Internet was fast! Good restaurants and Convenience Stores surrounding the place. However, there were few instructions/rules by the establishment that we had to comply (swimming pool pass and ids for check-in even for my child) and we were not told by the host. Maybe these were new rules. But it wasn't a hassle, we just did what we ask for then everything went smoothly.

I was with 3 seniors during our stay and they really liked the place. It was senior-friendly and senior-approved! They are impressed with the house and how clean it is. Rob and Angeli are also very responsive to us, and their place really felt like home. Everyone in our group felt comfortable, the house is very cozy but also very functional for group travellers like us! Their instructions are also very clear and they really thought about their guest, we can see it in their design. The welcome snacks and card is also very thoughtful!

This place is amazing, lots of rooms, and private. Pool is great! Host is friendly as well. 10/10!

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

We were in Cebu / Lapu2x for the week, Dana's place was comfortably located near my son's football training camp in the vicinity. Instantly the house felt like home. The 2nd bedroom with an office table setup was perfect - had a full day virtual meet & productive focused work. Dana was very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend the place for families.

Great place! Many bathrooms, hosts were very responsive and nice.

The listing was as shown in the photos. The cleaning was good, and the bedding smelled good, so it helped me sleep well. I had a good time watching movies with my family on the big screen. The pool wasn't big, but it was secluded and nice for the family. The response to the message was quick, and I was able to stay well without any inconvenience with Tatto, which is suitable for help. It is a happy accommodation that I want to come back to on my next trip. Best,

Maganda ang location ng unit. maganda ang view sa labas kita mo halos buong Cebu. Sakto for us 12 Heads. Malinis din and maganda ang loob ng condo. Super accommodating ang host, pati yung property manager and their driver, feel namin yung care nila sa amin. super careful then ang driver during our tour. Availble ang van nila for your tour needs. Thank you Ms. Lala. When we visit again Cebu, dito kami mag sstay ulit. Cheers.

The place was very lovely, clean, spacious and is exactly what was seen and described. We had a very comfortable stay with my family. Location was good and transport was accessible. Communication with the host was wonderful and she responds very well despite the time difference. Well managed, five stars!

Great host great condo perfect for those flying in late or leaving early as it's close to the airport and self checkin.

Fantastic place. Very spacious and great views. The best view I ever had sitting on a toilet. Huge window in bathroom. Location is good with 7-11 next door, coffee shop and few restaurants within a short walk. Highly recommend this place. Only complaint would be the shower head in the master bath. For such a nice place I should not have to hold the shower head in my hand while taking a shower. The tub did not have hot water for my 2 yr old to take a bath so we had to fill buckets to pour into the bath from shower. However this would not prevent me from staying again. Also great pool and decent playground area that my daughter enjoyed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful place. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Lovely place, thanks once again

We absolutely loved the place! My niece and nephews loved the pool and we absolutely loved everything else too! There are a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from so it’s a great place all around. The host was super sweet and extremely helpful with my 1 million questions LOL. For me it was a 10/10! Will definitely come back again soon!!!
