Good location.In the surrounding area, you can enjoy not only restaurants and facilities for resorts, but also shops where locals gather.There is a bus center, making it convenient to get to the main island of Cebu.The room is clean and the pool is comfortable.It's nice that you can use the private beach if you're a guest, even though it's paid.There were no towels when I entered the room and the safety box did not work, but when I contacted them, they responded immediately.

The value is very, very good. There were no wheels, no ants. There were old traces, but the tidiness and cleanliness were very good, and I used the all-in-one washer + dryer every day. Hot water came out very well for two days, but suddenly it didn't come out, but I just washed it. Heh heh. He responded right away, and since I didn't have any inquiries for more than two days, he first told me to tell him if I had any inconvenience. The kitchen sink is also clean. There were plenty of towels. It's convenient and not crowded because it's within walking distance of nearby living facilities. There was plenty of space for my 5th grade son and his mom, and there was an air-conditioned living room and bedroom, and the controls were good, and there was no moldy smell. It's a wall-mounted air conditioner, so there's no noise. There was a vacuum cleaner and a rolling pin, so I just did it simply and lived well for 6 nights. You can log in to Netflix and watch YouTube. There is a space for garbage next to the elevator, so you can dispose of it every day. And most importantly, the bed mattress was so comfortable and nice. I prefer hard mats, but it was very comfortable and perfect for us. The pillow was comfortable, and the blanket wasn't thin, so it was nice. I'd like to visit again if I'm in town for my next plan. I think it would be nice to live there for a month during the holidays. Oh, and the 5th floor swimming pool is spacious and great for spending time.

I would like to commend the host for being so responsive. I was able to book the place on the same day. The place looks great with huge balcony, cozy interior, and functional kitchen. There’s a plenty of bed foams for each members of the family. Easy check in and check out.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

Excellent host, great service, perfect place for family gathering with well maintained landscape, open area concept, air conditioned rooms, modern kitchen, clean and spacious bathrooms, close to town center and can accommodate lots of guests. Will definitely be coming back.

Steve's place was exactly what I needed to get away from the city and enjoy a peaceful weekend. My favorite thing about the location was the road you enter on was full of local people who were all very kind and friendly. There is lots of great food and small stores all up and down the road. I did not cook anything because it was just to easy and a pleasure to walk and get a great meal. Thanks for everything Steve.

The place was lovely, the view was relaxing seeing the pool area and glass house from the living room. Although we encountered a little hiccup regarding the malfunctioning microwave, which our host let me know on the day of the check in. I would have appreciated it if I was told beforehand because we brought microwave popcorn. Although, the caretaker Ms. Neria was clear with her instructions and tour of the Airbnb. She even offered to let us borrow her rice cooker as the previous guests misused the old rice cooker and left it discolored. The glass house was cozy, and offered a really nice view of the sea and sunrise. My family members however complained regarding the water pressure in their bathrooms. Hope this can be fixed as well. Other than that, we loved the karaoke and the pool! We are also able to use the grill for barbecue and the ref and freezer were functional, which was fortunate since my family brought a lot of food. Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

It’s our third time staying at Jane’s home. We must say that it keeps getting better each time. She listens to her guests’ and takes suggestions to heart. It truly reflects on how well-maintained her home is. It is very straight forward, no unnecessary item or furniture that eats up space. Everything you find inside has a purpose. Jane’s welcome note and welcome treat are consistent, which we find very thoughtful.

Of all the units we've stayed in at Mactan Newtown this is the best that we are satisfied and no complain at all. This will be the place we will be staying for our next visit in Cebu! I highly recommend this place.

This was my second trip to cebu , and Queno place is perfect if you want to be near everything. You can walk right across the street and you have everything from coffee cafes , Japanese food, chicken & beer , night club , dunkin donuts , breakfast lounge with a full bar and food menu, and at night it's a hookah lounge upstairs.

An amazing place in a fantastic location! It truly felt like staying in a hotel. I especially loved the keyless entry with coded locks, so convenient! There were some power interruptions, likely due to building maintenance, but overall, a great experience.

We absolutely loved the place! My niece and nephews loved the pool and we absolutely loved everything else too! There are a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from so it’s a great place all around. The host was super sweet and extremely helpful with my 1 million questions LOL. For me it was a 10/10! Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.
