Nice 20 m2 arched studio, with small sunny terrace. At the foot of the castle tower and next to the garden with panoramic views of the Mercantour. Sea view of the village terraces. Walking access, cobblestone streets and stairs, large parking. 3 restaurants; gastro, crêperie, pizzeria, and just at the entrance of the village a supermarket and tourist office. A listed 12th century village, perched on its rocky peak overlooks the Var. 10 kms as the crow flies between the sea and the mountains). Beautiful discovery to you !
