Welcome to my ‘Pretty Apartment' , lovely house with 1 double room, 1 single room and sofa bed in the living room. Only 1 km in walking distance to the shop market. It's located in a very quiet area, Near to the the airport of Gran Canaria (basically in the center of the island). Easy access to the motorway, only 20 minutes by car to Maspalomas and 20 minutes to Las Palmas, the island's capital. Perfect for families with children and couples. The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and lovingly decorated, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard.
