Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

The apartment is located in Gran Canaria on the Finca Cortez, which is located about 3 km from San Bartolome in the mountains at 1180 m altitude; the district is called El Sequero Alto. The location is ideal for hikers, because from here you can quickly start or get to the most famous hiking trails. From now on, super-fast Internet (fiber optic) is available. Our service for hikers: we are happy to pick you up free of charge in Tunte and of course bring you back there.

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
