The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen and a chimney, a garden and an 80m2 terrace equipped with a hot tub and sauna to admire the dazzling sunsets over the Seine. The house is fully equipped: underfloor heating, air conditioning, kitchen, WIFI, TV, connected lights.

All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. On the balcony: 1 table and 2 chairs, a space is reserved for gardening.
