We had such a great stay here! Yaitza was super responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I do have to give a special shoutout to the co-host Eileen—she was truly the heart of our trip. She went above and beyond, showing us local hidden gems, and just being so thoughtful with little touches that made us feel right at home. She honestly felt like our mom away from home, and we were SO grateful for her warmth and kindness. The location was perfect for us—tucked away from the overly touristy areas, which gave us a more authentic experience, but still just a short drive to all the popular spots. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a more local and personal stay in Puerto Rico.

Samuel was very communicative & straight forward with his rules which were respected. TH e house was super clean & beautiful for all my friends to stay. very Very thankful that he let us stay till our flight left which was in the afternoon. Great house, great host & great communication

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

Juan’s place was perfect. There was many restaurants and supermarkets near. His home was peaceful and so beautiful. Juan’s respond very quickly and we asked for things to do and he recommended some places us with some places. We will stay here again.

My husband & I stayed here for 2 nights because our flights was cancelled... I booked and paid all within 10 mins.. This place is literally 5 minutes from the airport which was great since we needed to go right back a day later... I absolutely loved this little place.. It was perfect for 2 ppl... I love the fact that it had extra security keypads! And even a small semi- private patio... Saned was quick to respond, and very helpful.. He gave clear directions to find the place and it was super clean when we arrived!! Whenever I come back to Puerto Rico and it's just my husband & I! This is where we will definitely stay!! It's definitely worth it I promise!

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The space was cozy yet spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They provided great recommendations and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Place was as described, in a great location, and parking was always available. Renier was a great host and always available for support and help with any concerns we had during our stay; he also shared some local cultural activities with us to enjoy. Would rent with him and Carmen again in the future!

Gabriel place was one of the best Airbnb I've booked so far. Super clean had everything you need it for a Caribbean vacation. He had beach chairs available and a cooler which is a huge plus for me, fence in outdoor patio to relax with privacy. It was a great location too, close to everything. Quick in and out the speed way to go anywhere you wan. 10 to 20 minutes away from anywhere in the San Juan area. Love the spot.

This is a beautiful cozy apartment. Apartment is as seen on pictures. Place was very clean very comfortable. Had all that is needed in the kitchen. Comfortable bedroom, excellent air conditioning systems in both living room and bedroom. Hot water available at all times in bathroom and kitchen. Netflix and Roku TV available in both the bedroom and the living room there is no balcony however, there are two big sliding doors that you can slide open to enjoy the breeze and if you look towards the right, it has a beautiful view of the Isla verde beach. Excellent location, five minutes from the airport. I look forward to possibly booking again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Diana’s! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly accommodating—quick to respond, helpful with local tips, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Diana has beach chairs and towels readily available so no need to buy those. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

Nice studio with a great view of the beach. Magdalena and Adriana were amazing and accommodating. My daughter and I were very comfortable and didn’t want to leave. Great location with market across the street. Also walking distance to a few restaurants.

I'm glad I stayed at Juan's place. It felt like home during my stay and it was in a great location, close to everything. Juan was also communicative and responsive. Check in and out was easy. I'd recommend a stay at his place!

Just got back from an amazing stay at Demi & Andrei’s! The home was spotless, and the view was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend! We had so much to do in the area and barely scratched the surface.

Tuvimos una estadía extraordinaria en el espacio de Miguel en Coral Beach. Desde nuestra llegada, todo fue perfecto. Nos encantó que en la cocina tuvieran un detalle especial para la cumpleañera: una postal y su bebida favorita. ¡Un gesto hermoso que marcó la diferencia! 🎉 El lugar es cómodo, limpio, con vista a la playa también y muy céntrico, ideal para descansar y también para divertirse. Miguel pensó en cada detalle para que la experiencia fuera inolvidable. Recomendamos este espacio a ojos cerrados. Gracias por todo. Definitivamente, que volveremos.🌴✨

First off, Carol is like super host of the century. Our flight was delayed so we would not be getting in until well after 1 AM. instead of mid day as planned. Carol went and picked up our grocery order!!! And had it all put away and waiting on us when we got in. She also had decorations for all the celebrations we were having (1 birthday, 1 wedding anniversary, and 3 high school graduates) all with little personal touches. So kind and thoughtful!!!. The back yard of the place is amazing and relaxing. Beach is just a short walk down road. At first we were not sure about neighborhood because it was so dark when we got in, but there were kids playing ball and riding bikes on the street. Very safe. The house had amenities that were listed as well. It was a bit tight for 2 adults and 7 messy teens, but we did great. Can't thank Carol enough for making our stay so pleasant and easy. You are the best!!!

⸻ Our stay was extremely pleasant and hassle-free. Mark was very responsive, friendly, and made sure we felt right at home. The added convenience of beach chairs and towels meant we didn’t have to worry about rentals such a thoughtful touch! The location is excellent within walking distance to food and anything else you might need. Ubers arrive quickly, and there are several car rental places nearby. Overall, it’s a fantastic location, and I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location! Super close to the beach and tons of places to eat, grab coffee, and hang out…all walkable. The area had a great vibe and made it easy to just relax and enjoy. Would definitely stay here again!

El departamento coincide con la descripción y las fotos, decorado con muy buen gusto. Cocina completa con todo lo necesario para una estadía, restoranes y supermercados todo cerca. El edificio tiene salida a la playa. Lo único negativo era ir el aire acondicionado y el ventilador del living no funcionaban . Pero el de la habitación el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente.

Me sentí súper segura, limpia todas sus áreas. Amé que pude ir con mi mascota y disfruté de compartir mis vacaciones con él

The house was excellent & it looked exactly like the photos. A recommended place. It has a dedicated parking spot as well. The host is very responsive. The house is very clean & extremely good price for the house. The bedroom and bathroom are very clean & spacious. The house has all the amenities & it has a set of beach chairs.

This Airbnb was amazing, it’s just like pictures and is very clean. The AC worked amazing and only needed to be on for moments at a time to cool the whole place. The kitchen is spacious and provides basics for quick meals. The bathroom wasn’t too small and the water pressure worked very well, we always had warm water, the only minor issue with the bathroom is the door doesn’t close very well but it wasn’t a major issue since it’s located in the bedroom and the bedroom door closes and locks fine. The area is calm for the most part but there are a lot of roosters, it didn’t bother me but if you’re a light sleeper it might. Overall the place is very cozy. The price is good for what you get and I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay with our pup very much! This location is very nicely decorated and spacious. We were greeted with drinks once entering the apartment which was a nice touch! Our pup enjoyed playing fetch down the long hallway. We appreciated the beach chairs for our beach day, this was very convenient. I would definitely recommend!

My friends and I definitely enjoyed our stay at this unforgettable gem. The terrace was definitely our favorite part definitely worth every penny spent here. You can hear the nature especially at night its incredible I will for suuuure miss sleeping to the sounds of the forest in the backyard. We even went to the river in the back but be careful not to slip and fall into it like I did when I went there after a night out of drinks haha. Willy was very kind and welcoming he even sent us a list of restaurants to try out we appreciated him a lot. I hope to be back one day
