Monthly Rentals in Carnuel

This stay was quite a shock when we walked in the door; it is huge!! The house is 2,500 square feet of open spaces inside and great amounts of privacy from the outside world. Not a whole lot of interior furniture at the time of our stay (April of ‘25), but what was there provided a comfortable and homey atmosphere. Sadly, we did not receive check-in or check-out instructions before we arrived at the location, so I had to contact the host to know how to get in. Nonetheless, she answered promptly and gave clear instructions once she was aware. The garage parking was a huge selling point for me; the neighborhood seems quite affluent and felt very safe. This place is an absolute steal at the price, so I’d recommend booking this place while the prices are are great!

Loved the location near I-40 and foothills trailheads. Great for enjoying the sunset, too. We enjoyed how spacious the home is, and everything went very smoothly. We will be back!

Mark is always a very responsive host and the place is very nice and comfortable and well stocked with amenities and information. Cable and large TV are also a plus.

The house was well taken care of, comfortable, relaxing, as well as the patio. Dana was very friendly and was available and caring and made us feel right at home. highly recommend as long as you can go up 8 or 9 stairs to the bedrooms and bathrooms. can't wait to come back to Albuquerque and hopefully stay at serenity again!
