It’s a 10 minute level walk to the harbour and high street.

Bay View is in the Crags area of the Maenporth Estate, and benefits from three patio areas, all with super beach and countryside views. It features a cosy master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a smaller second bedroom with bunk beds. The family bathroom is equipped with both a bath and overhead shower. Both bathrooms boast underfloor heating. Bay View's brand-new and well-equipped kitchen forms an L-shape around one side of the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area.

Helford is a charming one-bedroom retreat, ideal for singles, couples, or small families with up to two children under 10. Nestled in a row of six stylish, contemporary cottages just behind the historic stone courtyard of the original farm, Helford offers a bright, open-plan living space, a modern kitchen, and a cozy mezzanine bedroom upstairs. Thoughtfully equipped with modern comforts, this property promises a peaceful and relaxing escape in the picturesque Cornish countryside.

Delightful 1 bedroom shepherd’s hut with pool

Escape to the countryside and stay in Juniper, a charming yet simple oak-built shepherd’s hut. Inside, you’ll find a comfy bed, a two-ring hob, an integrated fridge, and a cozy wood burner. The hut also has its own compact en-suite shower room. While the space is rustic and no-frills, guests can enjoy access to an indoor heated pool (bookable in hourly slots), a fully equipped gym, and a tennis court. For extra relaxation, the on-site spa offers massages and CACI treatments.

Whether you like to walk the coast path, explore the beautiful sub-tropical gardens of Cornwall or take a stroll on a beach there’s something here for everyone. We have 11 acres of garden to share with you; a serene lake where you can sit and read a book, chickens to feed and a fire-pit where you can toast marshmallows before you snuggle down in front of your wood-burner.
