All this in a location that is less than 20 minutes drive from the famous beaches of both the North and South coasts of Cornwall. We're ideally situated between Truro and Falmouth where there are a huge range of shops and restaurants. There are two local pubs and many countryside walks on your doorstep.

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

The Folly - Cornwall

The Folly is set in the small garden of our cottage. Light, spacious and totally unique. Accommodation only. No kitchen but has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc & we will do the washing up. Good wi-fi, No TV but there's a screen & Firestick for streaming on your own accounts & DVD player with some DVDs. Double bed. Secluded outside area, barbeque & shared terrace. Off street parking. 15 minutes' walk to the station & close to Falmouth University. Good access to all areas of Cornwall.

Spacious private annex with en-suite Central Truro

Ground floor Annex attached to main house with spacious and bright double (or can be twin) room with private en suite and own entrance. Ample space for a cot bed or single camp bed (not provided). Kitchenette area including microwave, oven, fridge, kettle. French doors leading into the garden where there is a sunny patio area. 10 minute flat walk into the city centre and 5 minute walk to the train station or County Hall or a short cycle along the cycle path to the Royal Cornwall Hospital.

Beautiful Victorian cottage, full of charm. Ideal for a family/couple. Old Cornish pub, great food, stunning Quay, kids park opposite, cycling trail, many walking tracks within the quaint, historic village. Devoran is an ideal central location to explore Cornwall & it's huge amount of stunning beaches. NT Trelissick House & Gardens, Trebah, Eden Project. St Ives, St Micheals Mount. etc Please bring bath towels. Well behaved dogs welcome with prior agreement, no dogs in the main season.

The Summer House, ( Cosy wooden cabin / private)

Our beautiful wooden cabin, is tucked away, with creek & countryside views, but still within the village. The cabin, boasts a fabulous private garden, with BBQ for both morning and evening sun. The living room includes futon company sofa bed, table, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave ,toaster). A separate shower room, bedroom (king size beds). The private garden, offers patio furniture, BBQ, and access to shared children's swings. ( our children still like to use them!)

Central Falmouth, Kingsize Annex + Winter Sauna

A stylishly furnished king-sized annex with its own private entrance. The room is at the back of our Victorian townhouse with its own ensuite shower room and private outdoor space. It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, stations and some of the university campus buildings. It is ideal for couples, parents visiting their kids at uni and business travelers. On-street parking is free. Garden sauna available on request Oct-March for £15ph.

Private Garden Studio in Carnon Downs

The Studio Flat is on three levels. A comfortable lounge with big TV, sofa, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. Shower, sink, heated towel rail and toilet on level two, double bedroom with garden views on third level. I can pull out a single mattress for an extra third person. Private, separate entrance, off road car parking. Situated between Truro and Falmouth. An extremely handy location. Please note that it’s not suitable for babies or very young children.

An idyllic & peaceful countryside location yet conveniently located for beaches, creeks, Falmouth University, countryside walks, National Trust properties & great places to eat and drink. A perfect place to escape, relax and enjoy Cornwall!
