We had an excellent stay! As soon as we arrived, there was fresh coffee and a delicious cake! Marcio was very attentive and responded very quickly every time I sent a message! The house really is very cozy!! He left nothing to be desired! We look forward to returning soon!

Juliana is a great host and the house is nice, convenient and perfect as a beach house. Has all you need to make your stay perfect. Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. Be ready to enjoy the house and facilities. Thanks Juliana !!

My stay is always perfect

The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

The house is wonderful, very cozy and equipped, it has accommodated well for me and my family. The rodrigo was quite responsive and communication flowed well. The experience was very good, we hope to return soon.

The house is a delight, very large, amazing and well located view. The sea in front of the house is brave, but with a 10min hike you get to Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for bathing. The beach in front of the house is not full even during holidays, giving a lot of privacy. The house next door can host noisy guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria Fernanda's house in São Sebastião! The house is exactly like in the pictures — spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, perfect for those seeking rest and contact with nature. Communication with the host was always quick and efficient, and the housekeeper welcomed us very well, always helpful and attentive throughout the stay. We feel a real welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely return and recommend to everyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience on the north coast!

Caroline's apartment makes us feel at home, very cozy, all very clean and not to mention the tranquility of the building. What a joy it was to stay in this space! Feiticeira beach is so close that you can consider it your backyard. Beautiful, clean and organized space. Nina was extremely receptive and helped us with everything, including the establishment indications we needed. We were also well received by the kitten Shakira, the company was great on the days we stayed there! We hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful experience at the apartment! The view is simply amazing, facing the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. Really, I recommend with my eyes closed the stadia. The cozy place, met and exceeded our expectations. The hosts were polite and were always on standby. For sure, my family and I spent incredible days in the apartment. It will be on our list for a new opportunity!

Excellent experience. Without criticism, so that it is perfect I suggest maintenance in the air conditioning of the main suite ( does not cool properly ) and arrange for at least the ceiling fan of suite 2 to work, since there are technical difficulties for the corrective maintenance of the air conditioning installed in this suite. Another important detail is the fact that there is no hygienic shower in any of the bathrooms. An exceptional apartment like this one deserves special attention.

Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with gym, sauna, rooftop pool with a gorgeous look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

We really like the chalet, it's beautiful. It's complete, the hostess is very attentive, the view from the chalet to the pool is beautiful. My family and I love staying at the cottage, it was really worth it, the price is very good.🙏🏽🙌🏽🥰😍🌅

We loved our stay in the condo! The house is super spacious, very bright and well-equipped. The condominium is very beautiful and close to the beach. We were very well received and treated by Thiago, the person responsible for taking care of the place. In addition, Dalva, extremely helpful, was always on hand for any questions we had, making our arrival and stay peaceful! We definitely plan to return on our next visit to Ubatuba.

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment, very clean, organized, had pillows and blanket which helped me a lot because I was cold for a few days, polite staff, very comfortable place, I liked it a lot, the bad thing was leaving.

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
