Full apto, very cozy, sunshine, good ventilation, overlooking the beach, you can hear the sound of the sea, a quiet place. As for Valéria, very attentive, was a great host, congratulations!!!

Host Nivia is very attentive and helpful. always responding quickly and assisting in everything we need. The apartment is very good, it served very well what we needed. I recommend with my eyes closed and we will come back more often.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos! Super close to the beach, airy and even with the low wall and movement on the street because it faces the beach, we felt safe. Everyone settled in well. And the beach chairs and umbrellas in the house help a lot. The backyard of the house is huge, from the photos I had no idea how big it is. The balcony upstairs is great to spend the late afternoon. The beach is safe and very beautiful. We'll be back for sure.

The house has exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as in the pictures and described in the listing — beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable. We didn't have any issues during the stay. The location is excellent, with markets and bakeries nearby, and the condominium is a charm, super well taken care of. We take great advantage of the pool, which is huge and wonderful, in addition to the game room, which has yielded great moments. The host was amazing: always attentive, quickly answered all our questions and was very helpful. Access to the condominium was simple and quick, and the staff of the condominium were very polite and friendly. We were driving, which made it easy to get to know more distant beaches — it was a perfect trip. We would definitely return!

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

I went with my boyfriend and our little bulldog. The place is very special, with the balcony facing the sea and a free view. The showers are great and the air works very well. Our puppy loved it and we will come back again. There was no one on the beach, only a few students from USP and another guest. A place of peace and quiet

We spent 8 days in the apartment and it was just amazing. It's exactly like the photos of the ad, air-conditioning in the living room and room in perfect working room, all the necessary kitchen utensils, wonderful location, practically shore and the space of the apt was great for my family, we went in 3, including a child! I would like to mention also how wonderful the host, Sônia, was wonderful with us! We need to change the date of the trip and it was extremely understanding and helpful! Not to mention that every time we need to contact her, she was on standby to meet us to answer questions, provide assistance and provide all the necessary information! Excellent locale, befitting the listing. The clean, comfortable and organized house is a quiet condominium with a swimming pool, parking and a location close to the beach. The host, Mr. Luiz, sent us important information and tips about the location. The housekeeper/caretaker, Sr Thiago, welcomed us very well, very helpful, polite and attentive. It all went very well from check-in to check-out.

Excellent apartment! Just like the photos. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The air-conditioning in the rooms is very good! It's too cold, lol; The leisure area of the condominium is indescribable, very good game room and the pool is wonderful. As for the beach, it is a tombo beach that needs attention because of the holes, but we managed to enjoy it without problems because Ronaldo gave us great tips. We enjoyed our stay and we intend to return for sure!
