We have thousands of compliments to Marcelo and the place. The house is complete! If you need to cook, if you need leisure, if you need rest: it has everything! The birds on the balcony are beautiful and we also fall in love with the kittens of the condominium. Very quiet place, there was no ngm in the top house until the last day, so it was silent in this context. The decor of the house exudes culture and care, you can see a little of the personality and affection of the owners with their guests. For sure Marcelo's kindness is a differential! He cares about his arrival, how the road went, with his needs and is always ready to take care of and sort things out. We leave there with the desire to return, it makes you want to move to the condominium. Haha We recommend to everyone! Access to the places very easy if you are in a car. Praia do Tenório very close by. Despite the carnival, with calm and patience we were able to do everything and went everywhere we wanted, including more distant beaches. See you next time!

I have been several times on the island, and in the condominium in a few other times and I love besides being a beautiful place and a lot of peace has a delicious pool and with the convenience of having a transfer that takes us practically in front of the private beach of the condominium that is delicious, this beach is my favorite end up not even leaving by car by day for liking the beach that it faces so much! In relation to the bungalow I have nothing to claim everything as is in the photos in In front of the pool! Thank you also for the understanding I ended up winding up with the schedules and they were super understanding! I will return several times without a doubt! It was unforgettable! ❤️

The apartment is very well located, close to everything we need during the stay. It was clean and well organized, which made us very comfortable. A great differential was the washing machine, which made all the difference, especially on a longer trip. I definitely recommend and would host again!

A great option, close to the beaches of Tenório and Praia Grande, easy access to the northern beaches. The loft itself is quite cozy and holds a family of 4 with tranquility. The host is super helpful and easy to contact. We intend to return again.

We had already stayed at this Loft last year and we really liked the experience, so much so that we repeated it! Access is very easy, the place is very private, the accommodations are clean and as described and in the photos of the listing. The location is great, in the shopping centre with several restaurant options nearby, in addition to the proximity to the beach. Flávio is also very attentive, answering any questions promptly. We hope to return again soon!

We loved our stay at the Studio, Marcelo was always very helpful and attentive, the place is well reserved and easily accessible, it is quiet and close to everything and easy to get around too. I only have compliments to make, it can be better than the ad. We'll be back for sure!!

The very clean place, conserved furniture, Daniela super attentive, is already our second stadia. All nearby, bakery, market and beach, pool of the perfect condominium TB very clean!

Clean and organized environment, we arrived and it was super smelling. Coincident with the photos presented, all very new and in great condition. We felt very comfortable.

The loft is nice and so is the building. It has a very good, narrow outdoor area around the entire loft. Excellent bathroom, very nice shower. Safe place. The neighborhood is average. Thank you for your availability. The city is beautiful and the beaches are amazing. Prumirim is beautiful!
