I love the beach where the cottage is located, it's peaceful, and Carlos' accommodation was a great experience! When we went it wasn't very hot, so there weren't many insects and it was a pleasant climate. For those who like to keep their feet in the sand, it's an incredible place to spend a few days. It would surely come back!

The house is even better than it looks in the pictures! Super complete, spacious and comfortable — we were positively surprised as soon as we arrived. The environments are very well cared for, and the space is even larger than we imagined. A very special highlight goes to Ingrid, who is extremely attentive, always available and helpful in everything we need. Ronaldo also deserves praise, always concerned about whether everything was right, if we needed anything — they made all the difference in our stay! The only point to consider is access to the house: it is on top of a hill and the climb is very steep, with many holes and ditches. Not every car climbs easily. But despite this, it is something beyond the control of the hosts and definitely did not prevent us from enjoying every moment. We highly recommend the stay and we would definitely be back!

Very beautiful home. My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights after Rio/Sao Paulo carnival, the perfect place to unwind. Great host, would highly recommend and hopefully visit again soon

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a big plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.

8 days immersed in nature with comfort and safety! 10-star rating for the cleanliness of the house: for sheets/towels/blankets and new covers (we used them!)/kitchen utensils/deck/outdoor and indoor space... The view is incredible (from everywhere in the house!), the house is much better than in the photos, it has a unique and cozy decor! We cooked (it has everything!), we barbecued, we ordered delivery (recommended by Fabio), we had the presence of all the birds in the photos, toucan, squirrel... enjoying nature and the immensity of the sea from the deck is divine! Excellent wifi (we worked in meetings at one point, all 4 of us, and the Internet worked perfectly!). Fabio was always very present for any need (we spent beautiful days!) his prior guidance is essential: we used all the recommended paths to the beach (the walk is worth every minute), we went to the island in front, we played dominoes/bingo (which were available in the house), we used frescobol/beach chair/his sun guard! wait for us Fabio! we'll be back!

Our place was wonderful. Super attentive and helpful Neide. Check in and check out super quiet. The clean, organized mto apartment, basic utensils, close to the beach and supermarkets. Leisure area in the mto boa condominium, with access to swimming pool, park and ice machine. We're already scheduling to go back and referring to friends.

Junia was super helpful, during check-in, stay and check out. The place has a amazing location very close to the beach, the condominium area is paceful. At the time we stayed was complete silence. I super recommend staying in her place.

We spent amazing days on Bela Island! The accommodation is great, well located and in a gated community that brings more security and tranquility, although the city itself is very quiet! The house is very cozy and has everything for a great stay, full kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels, as well as beach items like sunscreen, cooler and beach chairs. The pool area is very beautiful and yields great photos! The host Carlos very solicitous, answered us always quickly and gave us tips of places to know! Anyway, they were great days of rest and leisure and we will be back for sure!

The cottage is close to the beach, it made it much easier to enjoy, very cozy and quiet a place I will return to more often

What a joy it was to stay in this space! Feiticeira beach is so close that you can consider it your backyard. Beautiful, clean and organized space. Nina was extremely receptive and helped us with everything, including the establishment indications we needed. We were also well received by the kitten Shakira, the company was great on the days we stayed there! We hope to return soon.

Loved the apartment - the view is beautiful. The apt is even better than showing in the pictures, extremely clean and with everything you need, and the sunrise views are incredible. There are lots of cats in the complex that would come around and stay with you if you let them, absolutely LOVED it. Would come back! 🥰

I loved the house. Easy location, there's a market 650 meters from the house, there are 2 bars very close to the house, close to the beach, in Brave, I'll be back.

Ana's house is a very special place! Super cozy living room, bedroom with a wonderful view, spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The view from the deck, the shower with ice-cold water and the pool are a spectacle in themselves. You also have the possibility of entering the sea through the rocks, which makes everything more special, with the feeling of having a beach just for you. A breath in the midst of our frenetic routine. Access to the house has a very steep staircase, but if you hold the handrail and go down slowly, it's quite easy. The same thing to have access to the lower deck/sea. They were very delicious days and I will definitely return more often! Ana's proactivity and quick returns make all the difference! :)

very quiet beach for those who are afraid of water and children. supermarket all with prices even better than near my house there is foot in the sand very nice.

We went to a wedding on the island, it was very cold (June), the house made all the difference because of the perfect accommodation, delightful space. The house is great, super spacious and very well located, it is less than a five-minute walk from Praia do Lázaro. It is perfect for those looking for space and practicality near the sea. Some details of the house need renovation, but nothing that disrupts the stay. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The owner, Flávio, is super kind, attentive and responds quickly, which made all the difference. I recommend the house.

The house is beautiful and has a smart architecture, providing spaces for both conviviality and rest - not to mention that it is very close to the beach. The kitchen is complete with several utensils and appliances, which was very welcome to our group that had children. Erika was very kind and proactive throughout our stay. Wonderful lodging!!!! All great, beautiful apartment, well equipped. Nale care in every detail.

Our period in the house was very good, both Myke and Geane approached us very well, were receptive and even woke up at 5 am to hand over the keys due to our traffic delay, in the end it went well, not only do I recommend it but I intend to return when I want to go to the north coast again!!!
