S3 - Suite in Caraguá - River and Sea

With a view of the Juqueriquerê River and public ramp for jets and boats up to 17 feet the suite is private and ideal for 3 people (rate for the number of people) to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Caraguá, São Sebastião and Ilhabela. On the upper floor, there is TV, WiFi and private bathroom, sink with basic utensils, minibar and microwave. We have no stove. Parking in the property or in a public area in front of it. Guests must bring bed and bath linen. Sockets 10 A do not accept airfryer, fryers, etc.

Our property is a small farm surrounded by nature, where our house is located. We have a privileged view of the sea It sleeps 2 people. We have air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, a kitchen equipped with utensils, a minibar and a cooktop. We are 300 meters from the beach of Ilha das Cabras. We do not allow loud noise or barbecues. Check-in is from 5 p.m. and check-out is until 1 p.m., and may be adjustable, subject to availability. We have stairs to climb.

The street is quiet and allows you to park safely. The house has only two parking spaces in the parking lot, the use is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shops such as a Market, Pizzeria and Restaurant are approximately 1.5 km away. Note: * Towels and blanket are required! * Use of the barbecue grill is not allowed! * Visitors are not allowed! * No loud noise!
