We stayed in this apartment and it was a great experience from start to finish. The place is very beautiful, well decorated and super clean. The complete condominium. The location is a great highlight, with easy access to restaurants, markets and the beach, which made our stay much easier. Laura was super attentive, received us at the check in and always willing to help and leave everything right to us. The apto da Paula is great and is located in a condominium with a very good structure and security. Beds are very comfortable, showers are very good and the kitchen is very well equipped. The only thing is that the curtains are of fine, light fabric, so the rooms with an exit to the balcony are very clear when it dawns. The location is great for those who like to go out to eat, as you can walk to the best restaurants. Outside the high season, access to the beaches is also quite traquilo. I liked it a lot, I would stay again.

Cleusa was very attentive, it gave us all the necessary support for a quiet and enjoyable stay. The apartment is impeccable, organized, clean, with appliances, household items that make us feel at home and the view to the sea is amazing. We love the place and we will definitely come back more often.

Second time staying in this apartment. We very much like the space, it is an excellent condominium (great infrastructure and location). For those who want to stay close to the center of Ubatuba and not depend on a car, it is the right choice. My only observation is that the apartment is in need of a little attention. Nothing that is a deterrent to rent again, but for the fact that I like this apartment that I make this addendum. I highly recommend it and will be back!!! The house is very complete, with many utensils and appliances, all new and well maintained. It accommodated very comfortably 4 adults and one infant. Large barbecue area, with shower. All as advertised and the host very attentive. It is necessary to climb a few flights of stairs from the condominium to access the house, but nothing that has prevented the great experience.

The space is even bigger and more beautiful in person, held all 15 family members in comfort, the pool was very clean, as was the whole house. The host is very helpful and is quick to respond to messages.
