Super beautiful house, with great beaches nearby and super quiet neighborhoods.

The house is even better than it looks in the pictures! Super complete, spacious and comfortable — we were positively surprised as soon as we arrived. The environments are very well cared for, and the space is even larger than we imagined. A very special highlight goes to Ingrid, who is extremely attentive, always available and helpful in everything we need. Ronaldo also deserves praise, always concerned about whether everything was right, if we needed anything — they made all the difference in our stay! The only point to consider is access to the house: it is on top of a hill and the climb is very steep, with many holes and ditches. Not every car climbs easily. But despite this, it is something beyond the control of the hosts and definitely did not prevent us from enjoying every moment. We highly recommend the stay and we would definitely be back!

The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava beach in Fortaleza. The description is very assertive and the house matches everything that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is sufficient for what is proposed. There is a large amount of utensils and appliances. There is a grocery store very close, as well as a snack bar, with delivery service. Zélia (recommended by Solange for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is an invitation apart. A low profile atmosphere amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (on some days you can even surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

The stay surpassed our expextatives. Cristiano was clear and sent all the details of the house and surroundings from the listing to extra information after we closed the house. Great place to relax and enjoy a great weekend on the beach. A safe and pleasant place. I recommend it.

Amazing property 5 min walk from Martin de Sá beach! With a large, well-kept pool, the house still surprises with two gardens – one in the charming courtyard, and the other in the backyard, where a couple of canaries delight. The outdoor area is perfect for al fresco dining, with two barbecues and a wood-fired pizza oven. Inside the house, comfort reigns: two cozy rooms - one with TV and wooden details, ideal for movies, and the other without TV, next to the fireplace, perfect for family moments. The kitchen is complete, the rooms are spacious (all equipped with a ceiling fan) and the mezzanine becomes a little corner to relax or play. The garage can accommodate 4 cars, except for pick-ups. I will definitely return. Host Talita is attentive and proactive, ensuring a perfect stay!

We had unforgettable moments here, the house is exactly as shown in the listing and I confess that when we arrived we were even more delighted, because the house has that real homey feeling, you know? But the best surprise is when you get to the back of the house and open the huge wooden sliding doors and you're faced with a breathtaking view, including sleeping and waking up to the sound of the sea is amazing, it's more like an extension of the backyard of the house, which is also beautiful and has plenty of space to enjoy with the family. We went with the maximum capacity and the house served us perfectly, the kitchen is super well equipped with utensils that never end kkk, including some dishes with that super charming grandma face as well as the whole house. Just a note for pet owners, the condominium prohibits entry to the beach, but on the other side of Lázaro beach, to the left outside the condominium area, you can enter with your pet. Having seen this, we definitely intend to return, we love it so much!

It was amazing, wonderful house, the perfect view, my desire was not to return to São Paulo hahaha, very large house, Hans the owner of the house is very polite and although he does not speak much Portuguese, he was always kind, I will come back more times to this place, I created memories, a place of peace and tranquility, and outside that was without a car, Hans helped us by giving us a ride to some places, very helpful and polite. I call him a friend, take good care of things.

The house is the same or better than the photos! The place is for families who want to feel at home, since the house is equipped and decorated with very good taste and quality! It is not a house made for rental, as it is common to see, it is a whole house decorated and equipped for personal use, so it brings an experience from a perfect and very comfortable place! The leisure area is complete and serves very well! The location is excellent, almost standing on the sand, and the beach of the sorceress closed in nature! I totally recommend it to families who want to rest and enjoy with great comfort, as it is a perfect home, not a place for messing and rambling!

The accommodation was simply wonderful! The house is beautiful, very well cared for and extremely clean. The kitchen is super-equipped, with all the utensils we can imagine — perfect for those who like to cook. The towels were smelly and soft, and the mattress and pillows super comfortable, with clean, fragrant sheets. And the view… what a spectacle! You can notice the affection and the whim in every detail. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The house is spectacular! The location then, there is no talk! It would be impossible to have more feet in the sand than that. Quality towels and bed linen, showers with pressurization, everything extremely clean, airy house with wonderful architecture. Fábio (the local caretaker) and Kellen, welcomed us very well, cooked wonderful dishes for us, Manoel Carlos' soap opera breakfasts, caipirinhas, pizza, fish, portions on the beach, cooler with ice, went to the market, ordered iFood… seriously… the service was surreal. I also extend a special thank you to Kimberly, who took care of the cleaning and won over the young children in the group by being so attentive to them. All very friendly and proactive! We left already wanting to go back!! I highly recommend it, but get ready to raise the bar of the Airbnbs you frequent lol

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!

Thomas is a very thoughtful and helpful person. We had an unfortunate event with the lack of a refrigerator (because the one that had broke) and the thomas was ready to solve, rented one and was always present in the service to help with questions and problems. The house is amazing. Great view, furniture and everything working. I'll definitely be back
